The apartment enjoys a bright and airy ambience and is immaculately presented throughout. It makes an excellent choice for couples or a small family seeking smart coastal accommodation. Beadnell is a popular holiday destination with local facilities including a village shop and a family friendly pub serving good food. For watersports enthusiasts there is sailing, sea kayaking, wind surfing and scuba diving available. Beadnell Bay can truly be described as the jewel in Northumberland’s seaside crown. Enjoy a romantic barefoot stroll in the sand whilst listening to the waves lap against the shoreline and inhale the invigorating sea air.





The traditional fishing port of Seahouses is just 2 miles up the coastline. You can take a boat trip to the nearby Farne Islands, famous for its bird sanctuaries and seal colony. There are also several charming tea rooms, quaint pubs and shops. Horse riding, fishing and golf on the links close by are only a sample of the many activities available in this popular location. A further 3 miles up the coastline is the picturesque village of Bamburgh, which lies snuggled in the shadow of its majestic fortress. Just a few miles inland is the bustling market town of Alnwick, with its dramatic castle and film location for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Academy. Visitors will enjoy a trip to Alnwick Garden, a spectacular interpretation of a formal garden including the Grand Cascade waterfall and restaurant within the largest tree house in Europe. The apartment is wonderful. So clean, comfortable and spacious. One of the best holiday lets we have stayed in. Location was ideal, just 5 mins from beach. The dogs had the most amazing time too. Loved the welcome pack - such a lovely touch. Thank you so much.

It was a not Christmas

We were here so we didn’t have to spend Christmas at home (we are grieving for our son in law who was killed last year) So the peacefulness and rugged sea , cold air was what we needed. Having a lovely place to be was perfect I did cook a Christmas dinner too . The apartment is fully furnished with everything you might need

As soon as we walked into Tern point, we knew we were going to have a great holiday.

As soon as we walked into Tern point, we knew we were going to have a great holiday. The apartment was lovely and comfy, it had everything you would need for your holiday. There was an information folder with everything in, so you knew where to eat out. There was a welcome basket which was a very nice surprise. There were also doggy treats. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away, and it was a beautiful beach. It was never full of people, plenty of dog walkers. There was kite boarding on the Saturday we arrived so watching them was fun. It’s a 10 minute walk to the shop or a 1 minute drive, it was well stocked. The cottage was fabulous and had everything that one could wish for , within 3 minutes walk was the best beach I have seen and it was relatively empty ( Bliss ) . The location is in easy reach of some fabulous places by car , Seahouses , Banburgh , Alnwick and Alnmouth to name a couple . It is one of the best holidays I have had ,I will definitely be back .
