It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private pool and off road parking. UK TV Wifi, Air con and ceiling fans.

The open plan lounge and dining room has sliding doors that lead to a large covered naya or patio where you can dine al fresco or chill out on the sofas. There is air conditioning in the lounge. A large modern kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. The master bedroom is spacious with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, this bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. The second bedroom with air conditioning also has en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms are good sizes with ceiling fans and ample wardrobes and there are two more bathrooms to serve these bedrooms..

The pool is gated which is a plus with young children. There is a fabulous pool side bar/ summer kitchen with dining area and pool table.

The villa is arranged on a single level so ideal for young children or those with disabilities (although there are just 2 or 3 steps at the entrance).
