Trackside Place is a great place to enjoy Carolina Motorsports Park, Historic Camden, or just relax in the country. Trackside Place is a cute studio barndominium with a full kitchen less than a mile from Carolina Motorsports Park-racing SCCA, NASA, motorcycle/sport bikes & go carts. Located between Kershaw and Camden, SC this apartment can serve as a home base to spend the weekend while at the track.
If you are not into motorsports - the studio is convenient to Boykin Spaniel events in Boykin, Rembert, and Camden SC. The Camden Steeplechase track - home of the Carolina Cup and the National Steeplechase Equine Museum. Camden is the home of Historic Camden, and numerous other revolutionary battle sites in the region.
Also nearby, the Haile Gold mining operation, hunting and fishing at Lake Wateree, and many other options for recreation, sightseeing, exploring or just sitting on the porch.
The apartment is located on 7 acres of beautiful rolling wooded land in the Sandhills region of South Carolina. The studio apartment is on one level - no stairs! You will find a queen size bed, a sofa bed and a fold out chair bed - great for adults or kids. The kitchen is well equipped to cook - dishwasher included. An island serves as the dining area. Smart TV, Wi-Fi and generous parking is included.

This "Barndominium" -- really more of a Garagedominium -- is a great property; comfy, well-equipped, and extremely convenient to Carolina Motorsport Park. It sure was nice being in lodging like this rather than camping during last weekend's downpours! This was a real find.

Perfect location for CMP

Great stay around the corner of CMP. Hosts left us some water and snacks, which was greatly appreciated. The space is a little dated, but it was clean and well-maintained. We would stay there again.

A liitle piece of heaven.

My stay here was wonderful. Dave and his wife were wonderful hosts. By far one of the best places i have stayed. They brought a southern hospitality that you just dont experience in most areas. Would absolutely recommend this place to stay.

Outstanding spot close to CMP!

This place was great for what and where it is. Very close to CMP, and a great oasis at the end of a long day at the track. It’s even close enough to go back to in the middle of the day for lunch or a nap. 10/10 recommend.

This property is less than a mile from Carolina Motorsports Park - Dave is a motorsports guy and he loves being right near the track. Frieda loves the land and enjoys walking the property. The grandchildren enjoy camping trips on the property and get to learn a little more about nature.
