Great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The patio views were beautiful, and the beach area was quiet and relaxing. So nice having a paddle board and kayak to use at the condo to view all the sea life. Close to Rum Point and local spots. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean and safe. The place has a lot of things like kayaks, life jackets and beach toys for the kids. Walkable distance to Star fish point and bio luminescence bay. Kitchen is well stocked. Overall a great choice for families.

It was perfect and exactly as advertised on the listing. We had 6 people (2 adults, 16, 15, 13, and 7) and it was spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Wendy was a great host and communication was great. The location on the beach by the yacht club was perfect, calm, not overcrowded, and so peaceful. We will absolutely be back again.

Great laid back, quiet location. Ferry service just 100 yards away to take you to Seven Mile and tourist area. Rum Point recreation area 1.5 miles away.Rent a car.

Wendy is a great host. Everything you need is here. Loved going out & seeing starfish within 40-45 ft of our backporch. Go see the blowholes & swim with the turtles. Luminesce Bay is a must!! Rum Point is very close so this area is great and has everything needed for a great stay.

Fantastic Condo!

My husband and I booked this condo for our 25th Anniversary trip. The condo was just as pictured. Wendy was great to work with and was very quick to get back with any questions. The Kaibo area is fabulous and so close to Rum Point and Starfish Point. We'll definitely return.

Perfect

The condo, the location, everything was perfect. Kaibo is an excellent location for those seeking quieter accommodations. Restaurant and bar within walking distance as well as romantic walks on the beach. Always low key with lots of friendly folks about. Wendy is an excellent host!! Highly recommended.

Heaven

That dont say enough about there property and all the amenities. They have everything you need to cook with and more. They have lots of items to use in the water. Theres a bluetooth speaker. Access to the beach is so nice, just walk the door. We had an issue with the hot water heater and they were all over it getting it fixed. Great folks with excellent communication. And location, location, that side of the island is so laid back. We had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time, no battles on chairs. I cant say enough. Thank yall so much! Dont raise your price after this review, LOL...Your place is beautiful. We will be back.

Awesome Vacation!

We had a great vacation here! Everything was just as it was in the pictures and described. The details from the host made us feel at home. Walking from the pationroght onto the beach was amazing!

Wonderful location, great housing set-up, lots of water toys and great communication with Wendi. The only drawback was beds...very hard mattresses.

Family vacation March 2025

My wife and I stayed with our 3 year old daughter and 10 month old son. There was lots to do on the beach and our 3 year old really enjoyed the pool. It was very easy access to Kaibo and Rum Point, and a short drive to the East End which we also enjoyed visiting. The host was very responsive and the property worked great for our family. We would certainly recommend staying here!

Very nice condo with all the amenities that we could want. They provided kayak, paddle board and inflatables. Enjoyed snorkeling at starfish point. It was quite a drive to get to town and restaurants but the trade-off of being quiet and relaxing was worth it. If you are looking for a good restaurant, the Seven Mile Burger was the best we found. We highly recommend it.

Excellent place to stay

We have been to the Grand Cayman and found this place to be ideal. It provided everything we could have asked for, with all the amenities conveniently nearby. The serene beach setting made it a perfect retreat, allowing us to enjoy our morning coffee while basking in the tranquil views and our evening cocktails accompanied by moon light views of the ocean. It was an escape that truly rejuvenated our spirits, and we loved every moment of it.

Best place to stay in the Caymans

This is our fourth time to the Caymans and our fourth time staying in this condo complex.This condo had everything we needed, including toys to play in the water, fully stocked, kitchen, and the best view in the caymans with access to starfish point, rum point and the kiabo yacht club. The owner was very responsive to any communications and questions that I had. We will definitely come back.

Great place,VRBO makes contact with owner difficult

I love this place. It's beautiful and quiet. The only problem is communication. When all communication must go through VRBO, it takes too long and I wind up with 2 reply messages which I have to look at to make sure that I don't miss something

Kaibo 50ft from the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at Wendy's condo. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Wendy was superbly responsive, and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Fabulous

This is our second stay and I can almost guarantee there will be a third! Steps from the water and a short walk to Starfish Point. The condo is very clean, has everything we need and we love the peace and tranquility of the area. We are able to book all our excursions from Rum Point about a mile up the road. Wendy is so easy to communicate with and answers questions in a snap. Everything you need is provided for great times.

Tropical paradise!

Highly recommend this property, it was immaculately clean, extremely well stocked and the location is perfect. After exploring the entire island in our rental car, there is no other location that I would want to stay in. The beach and pool area are lovely and quiet, the entire area is so beautiful!! Thank you Wendy for an amazing stay!!

Perfect Stay

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Kaibo. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay - beach toys and gear, kitchen appliances/kitchenware, extra bedding, etc. We were right on the beach and a 2 min walk to the Kaibo yacht club and the dock for White Sand Sports excursions. In my teenage son's words - "10 out of 10! Would do it again!"

Quiet! Quiet! Quiet!

We booked this property because of the pictures of the beach, and the beach looks exactly like the pictures. There is shade if you want it, and sun if you don't. The pool was empty most days. The property owner thought of just about everything. They get extra points for providing a full sized bar of soap in the bathroom, mats for the floor before you get into bed to keep sand out, and a little tub outside to rinse your feet before you come back inside. While the condo location is quiet and remote, there are a lot of attractions within walking distance. Starfish Point is just a 5 minute walk, bioluminescent bay is within walking distance. Finally Kaibo, a restaurant that offers at lot of island atmosphere and outside dining, along with a large BBQ every Tuesday, is maybe a 2 minute walk. We very much enjoyed our stay.

It sits in an exclusive area of Cayman where you can take advantage of the peace and tranquility of Kaibo, or hop over to Rum Point for a little extra action. If you need a place to unwind, this is the place for you! Please note we are a smoke free condo!

The best thing about this property is that its on the ground floor with direct access to the beach. No need to climb stairs or cart items up and down to the beach. Everything is at your patio doorstep and that simplicity makes the stay even more enjoyable! We also accept payment via cryptocurrency!
