Laissez la voiture ... la plage est juste en face de la rue! Prenez une chaise et en 5 minutes vous pouvez ĂȘtre assis sur l'une des plus belles plages de la Floride! Notre lotissement, avec un rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© cuisine, salle Ă  manger et salle de sĂ©jour est la parfaite escapade. Deux chambres, chacune avec leur propre salle de bains. Les portes coulissantes dans chaque chambre Ă  louer Ă  la lumiĂšre du soleil glorieux et, ocĂ©an parfumĂ© air frais. Demandez Ă  votre cafĂ© du matin ou un cocktail en soirĂ©e Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur le patio entourĂ© par tropicales, des plantes en fleurs luxuriantes. Petit, calme et privĂ©, notre lotissement unitĂ© de fin est parfait pour les couples ou les familles.
Rendez-vous dans la ville pour le dĂ©jeuner ou le dĂźner Ă  l'un des nombreux restaurants et amusantes. Promenez-vous la plage Ă  l'entrĂ©e de pĂȘcher ou simplement vous asseoir, vous dĂ©tendre et regarder les bateaux de croisiĂšre l'Intracoastal Waterway. Faites une promenade ou faire du jogging sur le sentier de l'arboretum pavĂ©e qui va de l'entrĂ©e Ă  travers la ville. Faire une date pour le dĂźner au Sailfish Marina, connue pour ses somptueux, fruits de mer frais. Pendant que vous ĂȘtes lĂ , vĂ©rifiez les magnifiques yachts et nourrir la myriade de poissons tropicaux qui grouillent les eaux peu profondes autour des quais. Il est tout simplement une courte distance de marche dans des rues calmes, rĂ©sidentiels!
Êtes-vous un plongeur? Palm Beach est mondialement connue pour ses rĂ©cifs superbes! RĂ©servez une plongĂ©e sur l'un des nombreux bateaux de plongĂ©e opĂ©rant Ă  partir du port local. PlongĂ©e ou snorkeling le sentier sous-marin autour de pont Blue Heron et dĂ©couvrir l'Ă©pave sous-marine et l'incroyable variĂ©tĂ© de poissons tropicaux dans ce parc. Sentez-vous comme pagayer? Apportez un goĂ»ter, louer un kayak ou paddleboard et explorer les eaux autour de l'Ăźle d'arachide. Ne pas oublier votre tuba et masque! Beaucoup de, peu profonde, l'eau cristalline claire et chaude juste plein Ă  craquer de poissons dynamique.
Dans l'observation des oiseaux ou des animaux sauvages? RandonnĂ©e sur la plage Ă  McArthur State Park ou faire le court trajet en voiture. Fabulous Stay!

We wanted a relaxing beach vacation, and we got it! The townhouse was feet away from a beautiful beach which made it very convenient. The owner had recently purchased a buggy which made all our beach forays so much easier. It was hard to leave the beach at the end of the day, but when we did, we had nice restaurant options nearby. The townhouse had everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax, comfortable beds, a large living room space. And what I initially thought were more bathrooms than we needed for 4 people, ended up being the perfect number when everyone was looking to shower after the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, and we especially loved having the dishwasher. And the dining room table was large enough to host some epic card games!We went to the neighborhood Palm Beach Shores beach several times, then we explored McArthur State Park and Jupiter Beach - all with stunning views and sand. One day we went to Phil Foster Park for snorkeling, which was also very close. Amazing!And when it was time to leave, the host was gracious enough to extend the checkout time so we could enjoy a few more hours at the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Easy walk to ocean

We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants. Good area for walking. Street noise could be a problem from time to time. Needs updating and good through cleaning. Couldn’t get the bbq to work. Host responded quickly to questions and easy to work with.

Great location on singer island

Great location steps to the beach, restaurants, and marina. Good communication with host and offered lots of amenities (towels, beach gear, kitchen supplies, etc). The inside of the property could use a deep clean and some upgrades to the bathrooms. Overall, happy with our stay.

Great Place and perfect location!

We had many issues on our trip, NONE of which involved our stay or the rental. There was amazingly easy communication with the owner and the fact that some of the most needed items were already there, made it that much better. We had a great time during our stay and would highly recommend staying to anyone who is looking!

Perfect vacation spot

We stayed at the 101 Edwards Lane multiple times in the past, but in different units. We really enjoy the property and its location is perfect for a beach holiday. The host, Paul, is wonderful and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this place; once you spend time there you will be coming back year after year!

Spacious with convenient location

The property was clean and well maintained. It was roomy spread across 2 floors. It was a very short walk to the beach. Many places were easily accessible by walking (shops, small market, liquor store, restaurants, ice ream shop). The outdoor space was great as well to be able to sit outside on the patio, etc. Shady and sunny spots.

Wonderful Singer Island Stay

This property was for our little family for 4! My boys 7 and 9 loved the 3 min stroll to the beautiful ocean. Great beach to play and hang out on. Wonderful inlet to watch boats. The property is well kept, clean and very comfortable! The owner was so responsive and awesome to work with! Highly recommend!!

Exactly What We Needed

We used this condo as an overflow for our Singer Island visit. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s a duplex with two en-suite bedrooms upstairs and kitchen, living, dining area and 1/2 bath downstairs. There’s also a small terrace for sitting outside. The unit is directly across from a short walkway to the beach. Also a short walk to several places to eat and/or drink. Paul was responsive, but we really had little need to contact him as everything was in order. Would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing stay

This property was a great location. The beach was across the street and it was walking distance to restaurants. The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location

This was one the best condos I have ever stayed in. Super clean. Extremely close to the beach. The kitchen was just like being home. Good supply of cooking utensils and dishes. New appliances and great set up. So close to the beach. Very easy walk and you are watching waves crash in front of you.
