We’re here to help make your Palm Beach Shores getaway absolutely perfect!

A quaint little neighborhood called Palm Beach Shores, where the beach is steps away, restaurants, and more! Family friendly and walkable!

The entire 1280sqft apartment is all yours, plus the additional patio space, which leads onto the green grass in the back. We have a small leash right out the back because it is not fenced. You can tie your pup up there and let him/her roam!

MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed with cottons sheets, classic coastal style furniture, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a smart TV to connect all your streaming services to watch your favorites.

SECOND ROOM: Features a King Bed with cotton sheets and sliding doors for direct access to the screened in patio.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has coastal furniture leaving you lots of room to lounge after a long day at the beach! This is where the queen air mattress (please note it is an air mattress some booking sites do not have this option to select) can be deployed to sleep two more - thankfully it pumps itself up! a large 55” TV with Comcast so you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS)

KITCHEN: The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal.

BACKYARD: is not fenced-in, but we do provide a leash tied down by the back patio door to let the pup out to roam. With luscious greenery, a mango and fig tree in the back, you can soak up some fresh air on the screened in patio.

HOT TUB:
Located in the backyard, the shared hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. Enjoy a soothing soak surrounded by tropical plants and the peaceful sounds of nature—ideal for morning relaxation or an evening under the stars. Please note that the hot tub is shared among all four units on the property. We just ask that guests rinse before use, turn the temperature back to 98°F afterward, and securely close the lid when finished.


We have two private parking spaces for your convenience. There is no parking available on the road in all of Palm Beach Shores unfortunately. Maximum is two cars.

What a great place! The only thing I wonder , have ever thought about getting a year membership for the Oceanside beach services which would provide one umbrella and 2 lounge chairs with pads and a small table? This would replace your need to provide the beach chairs you have which we found uncomfortable and ended up renting the Oceanside set for the week. Again your place is amazing just a thought on the beach chairs

A block from the beach, super clean, very convenient to dining and shopping.

Spacious, very clean condo. Nice outdoor space, 5 minute walk to the beach, walk to nearby restaurants, quiet location in a lovely neighborhood. Host was on top of everything and answered all questions right away. Will definitely return in the future!

Great property close to beach

Property was just as described. Large and all basic amenities included. The beach access to the north was very close and had restrooms and foot shower for sand. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter get away

We enjoyed a 2 week stay at this spacious and nicely appointed unit. Very quiet neighbourhood to walk around in and easy access to restaurants and the beach. Excellent communication with management.

Very nice stay

This rental is exactly as presented in the listing. We had four adults and two young children and had plenty of room. Near beach and beach access with a playground area. Owner was very accessible to provide answers to any questions. If you’re looking for a very nice place near the beach, this is a great spot.

Great Location

This was the perfect spot to stay. Very large space with lots of room for a family. Short walk to the beach, short drive to anything else you needed to get too. Hated to leave hope to get back in the near future.

Spring break 2023

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this place again for our annual spring break vacation. We loved the place, the location, access to beach and an easy walk to restaurants.. Our hostess Sharaya was amazing - super responsive throughout the entire process.

Lovely Place Close to the Beach

This place is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach vacation! It’s very spacious and updated. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets, etc… There were plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler, making a trip to the beach even more enjoyable.The beach is just a short walk away. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

Clean, convenient and good communication!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a baseball tournament but we were able to walk to the beach on our down time. This location was perfect and the hosts were friendly and communicated quickly when we had any questions. We hope to be back next summer and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

Great rental!

We have stayed in many locations in the West Palm area over the years, this rental was by far the best. It was quiet, located in walking distance to the beach and a shopping/restaurant area. The large apartment was on the first floor and had a screened-in lanai. The place was nicely furnished with ample supplies for cooking and dining in for 5 people.

Great location and very clean!

This condo is a great place to stay! It is clean and spacious. The walk to the beach is less than five minutes. I am very thankful to the owner, she is very responsive. The condo is in a quiet area. The island has little traffic for which I am grateful since wehave two children. Definitely recommend walking to Sailfish Marina too!

5-star customer service from property manager, she was incredible with everything from check-in to checkout and everything in-between. Responded within minutes if we had an inquiry. Short walk to the beach, many restaurants very close or within a short drive.

At over 1200sqft, you can comfortably have 6 people stay here without feeling like it is a tight fit. We are literally 1 block to the beach, you can walk down to Sailfish Marina for drinks, dinner, appies, or down to Ocean Walk where there are plenty more dining options as well. The location is amazing, and the condo is a ground floor walk up. Perfect for an affordable place to stay for a family vacation.

Lawn maintenance is attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay.

We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound.

We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 69-78F.

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: The property is not child-proof. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.
