Accogliente e pulito appartamento in condominio con due camere da letto in una proprietà mista residenziale / commerciale a un isolato dalla spiaggia.
Ampio bagno piastrellato con doccia 8 piedi x 3 piedi, ripostiglio e tutti i nuovi infissi. Zona bar. Gli aggiornamenti della cucina presentano tutti i nuovi mobili, un frigorifero di dimensioni appartamenti e un forno con piano cottura. Doccia esterna privata.
Letto matrimoniale e pensile AC in master BR, letto estraibile (2 singoli) in secondo BR. Due terrazze comuni al piano terra (10 p. M. Coprifuoco). Anche l'aria condizionata centralizzata.
Griglia a gas. 2 televisori ad alta definizione a schermo piatto, Internet ad alta velocità e sistema musicale IHome.
C'è un posto auto consentito vicino all'unità con parcheggio aggiuntivo sulla strada. Non sono ammessi animali per favore. Non fumare all'interno dell'unità. La biancheria da letto non è inclusa.
I badge da spiaggia (2) sono inclusi, ma devono essere restituiti o sostituiti per evitare un addebito di $ 50 al deposito cauzionale.
La proprietà si trova in 6105 Long Beach Boulevard a Brant Beach / North Beach Haven (unità 4) tra la 61a e la 62a strada. Gli affittuari hanno accesso a qualsiasi sedia a sdraio, boogie board o giocattoli nella tettoia all'aperto.

We had an amazing stay here in brant beach. It was extremely clean upon arrival and everything a family could need a home away from home. The location couldn't be more perfect, just steps to the beach. Our host very responsive and ensured us a wonderful stay. Looking forward to staying here again!

Lovely place!

It was a very nice clean place..close to the beach..gift shop and ice cream...the host met us upon arrival and even included beach badges...great location in Brant beach...loved it!

Perfect little place! Great location! Close to the beach, ice cream, Beach Haven restaurants, shopping, and the bridge! John checked in to make sure we were comfortable! Just wonderful!!!!

Perfect Stay

Everything about this booking was absolutely perfect! John was always available for, and quick to reply to, any and all questions we had. The descriptions of the place and the amenities were spot on. Even the beds were comfortable! This place felt like home. Thanks so much John!

Great property close to the beach and close to additional parking!

We had a great stay at the property with my family of three! The beach is close enough to walk back to the property if you forget something. The unit has one on site parking spot but SO MUCH extra parking is very close. Everything is updated and clean; plenty of kitchen supplies; Keurig and regular coffee machine available. The owner is very attentive and checked in with us during the stay. Thank you!

Great family friendly place and very clean.

My husband and I and our two kids (aged 5 and 11) stayed for a week. We typically stay at a family friend’s house but they were booked and we decided last minute to go. I found this cute, updated place with amazing reviews and decided to go for it. We had an amazing time. The owner was easy to contact, kept in touch, and gave clear check in and check out instructions. We were lucky enough to run into him before we left and he was so personable and kind to us. The neighbor living on the bottom floor was also very welcoming to us. The drive to and from Beach Haven was perfect and we were only a block from the beach and we were close enough to a couple places to eat, coffee shops, and not to forget about the ice cream shop right below us which my husband and son LOVED. We both highly recommend this place if you want a nice quiet, updated, family friendly space to relax and enjoy.

The property is perfect for small group. The unit has accommodations that fit well for a group of 3-4. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. The unit is one short block to the beach and as we went to LBI for a beach get a way experience we were very happy with the proximity to the beach. I would recommend this unit to others.

We have found our home to stay when we visit LbI

We absolutely loved our week stay at this cozy , clean , updated, convenient location for our family four . Everything was perfect . The beds were so comfortable just as if we were sleeping in our own beds . John the owner was a pleasure to talk with and give us all the information we needed when we reached out to him . We look forward to our future stay at this home .

Great value!

Great location and extremely clean! We weren’t sure what this apartment was going to be like, being above a commercial property but it went above and beyond our expectations. It was extremely quiet at all hours and felt like a home. I stayed with 3 other adults and we had no problems with the bedrooms or living space, it was just the right amount of space for all of us to fit comfortably.The beach is super close by and all around just a convenient location to everything on the island. John the owner was always easy to reach and would check is periodically to make sure we were having the best trip possible. Overall a really great stay!

Clean, quiet and cozy condo 1 block away from the beach. Conveniently located in LBI, near shops, restaurants and ice cream. Rental agreement, details for check-in and procedures for the unit were explained thoroughly by unit owner. Very easy to contact owner with any inquires and very personable and friendly. Perfect rental for the 2 of us.

Location, location, location (and budget, budget, budget)!

We were on a tight budget. This property kept us on budget, and on the beach block where we wanted to be. Literally 2 minute walk to a nice part of Brant Beach (just past 6 or 7 houses and across Beach Ave). Condo is cozy but clean, and nicely maintained/renovated. John is easily accessible by text or email. We had our two kids share the 2nd bedroom with trundle bed, and they loved it. Only drawback was there was mot much seating or table space the kitchen/family room area (it is exactly like picture is shown), but we were on the beach most of the day anyway, so no big deal for us. For the rental rate, I would say this is a great location close to the beach for a family of 4 or smaller.

Close to beach and bay, comfortable second floor apartment

We had a great week in this rental, the house was clean, comfortable, and a bit larger of a space than we originally anticipated knowing it was an upstairs apartment. The kitchen was well equipped despite its smaller size, and the outdoor shower and hose were very appreciated. The outdoor area was roomy albeit it is mostly a gravel lot dually used by company trucks from the adjoining business. Also, the wifi connection was extremely limited. Great location otherwise to both bay and beach, we biked to a few local restaurants/bars. John was a great, easy to reach host; Thanks for everything!

Clean, modern and very cozy!

Clean, modern and very cozy! Nice upgrades to kitchen and bathroom. Nice size master bedroom with queen bed and very cute 2nd bedroom with twin beds. Property looked exactly like the pictures...no surprises! Very cozy and perfect for small family or a couple. Just one block from the beach was very nice as well!
