VRBO Premier Host! LBI/One Block From the Beach!

We are extremely proud to once again be a VRBO Premier Host based on service and customer reviews!
Cozy and clean 2nd floor, two-bedroom condo apartment on a mixed residential/commercial property just one block from the beach.
Refurbished indoor shower with pantry closet and all new fixtures. Bar area. Kitchen upgrades feature all new cabinetry, an apartment-sized refrigerator and an oven. Private outside shower.
Queen bed and wall unit AC in master BR, trundle bed (2 singles) in second BR. Two shared patio decks on the ground floor (10 p.m. curfew). Central air conditioning throughout.
Gas grill. 2 HD Smart TVs with Xfinity high-speed internet (300 mbps) and IHome music system.
There is one parking spot allowed near the unit with additional parking on the street. Pets negotiable depending on size and breed. No smoking inside unit. **Tenants must bring their own bedding and towels**
We provide pillows and blankets. This properly is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after the discharge of all tenants.
Beach badges (4) are included, but they must be returned or replaced to avoid a $50 charge per badge applied from the security deposit. Additional beach badges are available at the outdoor shed on 68th street outside the Municipal Building.
Our property is located on the 2nd floor at 6105 Long Beach Boulevard in Brant Beach/North Beach Haven (Unit 4) between 61st and 62nd street.
Unless otherwise agreed to, check-in is on Saturday no earlier than 2 p.m.; Check-out is the following Saturday by 11 a.m.
Prospective tenants are advised that this condominium association is Township zoned mixed use (commercial/residential) and there will be some noise associated with the operation of those businesses during their respective normal business hours.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Unit owner provides 4 beach badges. Failure to return or replace all 4 will result in a fee of $50 per badge deducted from security deposit.
Due to safeguards put in place during COVID, unit owner does not provide towels or bedding.
Use of commercial dumpsters not permitted.

Great property close to the beach and close to additional parking!

We had a great stay at the property with my family of three! The beach is close enough to walk back to the property if you forget something. The unit has one on site parking spot but SO MUCH extra parking is very close. Everything is updated and clean; plenty of kitchen supplies; Keurig and regular coffee machine available. The owner is very attentive and checked in with us during the stay. Thank you!

Great family friendly place and very clean.

My husband and I and our two kids (aged 5 and 11) stayed for a week. We typically stay at a family friend’s house but they were booked and we decided last minute to go. I found this cute, updated place with amazing reviews and decided to go for it. We had an amazing time. The owner was easy to contact, kept in touch, and gave clear check in and check out instructions. We were lucky enough to run into him before we left and he was so personable and kind to us. The neighbor living on the bottom floor was also very welcoming to us. The drive to and from Beach Haven was perfect and we were only a block from the beach and we were close enough to a couple places to eat, coffee shops, and not to forget about the ice cream shop right below us which my husband and son LOVED. We both highly recommend this place if you want a nice quiet, updated, family friendly space to relax and enjoy.

The property is perfect for small group. The unit has accommodations that fit well for a group of 3-4. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. The unit is one short block to the beach and as we went to LBI for a beach get a way experience we were very happy with the proximity to the beach. I would recommend this unit to others.

Great location and extremely clean! We weren’t sure what this apartment was going to be like, being above a commercial property but it went above and beyond our expectations. It was extremely quiet at all hours and felt like a home. I stayed with 3 other adults and we had no problems with the bedrooms or living space, it was just the right amount of space for all of us to fit comfortably.The beach is super close by and all around just a convenient location to everything on the island. John the owner was always easy to reach and would check is periodically to make sure we were having the best trip possible. Overall a really great stay!

We were on a tight budget. This property kept us on budget, and on the beach block where we wanted to be. Literally 2 minute walk to a nice part of Brant Beach (just past 6 or 7 houses and across Beach Ave). Condo is cozy but clean, and nicely maintained/renovated. John is easily accessible by text or email. We had our two kids share the 2nd bedroom with trundle bed, and they loved it. Only drawback was there was mot much seating or table space the kitchen/family room area (it is exactly like picture is shown), but we were on the beach most of the day anyway, so no big deal for us. For the rental rate, I would say this is a great location close to the beach for a family of 4 or smaller.

Close to beach and bay, comfortable second floor apartment

We had a great week in this rental, the house was clean, comfortable, and a bit larger of a space than we originally anticipated knowing it was an upstairs apartment. The kitchen was well equipped despite its smaller size, and the outdoor shower and hose were very appreciated. The outdoor area was roomy albeit it is mostly a gravel lot dually used by company trucks from the adjoining business. Also, the wifi connection was extremely limited. Great location otherwise to both bay and beach, we biked to a few local restaurants/bars. John was a great, easy to reach host; Thanks for everything!

Clean, modern and very cozy! Nice upgrades to kitchen and bathroom. Nice size master bedroom with queen bed and very cute 2nd bedroom with twin beds.
