This 3 bedroom home is in a GREAT location, near the bridge in Ship Bottom. It’s central to everything on LBI, making it easy to come and go as you explore the island. It’s on a large corner lot with a fenced in back yard perfect for entertaining. Enjoy summer nights hanging out in the yard~ there is a grill, outdoor shower, picnic table, dining table, and a Tiki Bar!

A short walk to the beach, and it’s also close to the bay beach (which is great for younger kids). *The house is located up the street from the Ship Bottom boat ramp, you won’t want to miss a VERY convenient walk up the street to the FREE & FUN Thursday night summer concerts! The beach, Wawa, CVS, Ron Jon’s, a crabbing pier, and a playground are all in walking distance, as well as Hotel LBI for roof top dining! Close to restaurants, pizza, donuts, bagels, mini golf, and ice cream, there is so much to do! This home is in an excellent location if you are attending a wedding at Hotel LBI or Cedar Bonnet Island.

Amazing location. Perfect beach house So grateful to have a yard for the dog to run around in. Came from out of town was super grateful to have access to sheets and towels and beach chairs. Loved being able to walk to market and Wawa . Would definitely book this place again.

The cottage is amazing! We had a fantastic week in the perfect location for everything on LBI! An amazing cottage with an incredible backyard. Clean, modern, and relaxing! We were so lucky to have been able to spend our week at the cottage!

Location and house were great! Quick walk to CVS, Country Corner and Wawa for all essentials and easy walk to the beach as well. Yard is amazing, we did not get to utilize it much based on our schedule but loved what we saw. Communication was quick and easy throughout the process. Overall would recommend and stay here again!

Everything about this property was amazing! The house was super clean and organized and the yard was amazing for morning coffees and late nights. Maureen was extremely helpful before and during our stay with quick and helpful communication.

Absolutely amazing stay in Ship Bottom! This house was the perfect spot, walkable to the beach, close to restaurants and coffee shops, and the backyard space can’t be beat! It was well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Really a gem of a find on LBI, we can’t wait to come back

This house was perfect for a winter weekend with our two kids. Maureen was so helpful, responsive and flexible. The house has everything you need and nice clean surfaces for all your belongings. We walked to both the beach and bay and were so happy to be able to bring our dog with us. Thanks so much for a great, easy weekend!

Had a great time on LBI. Felt safe and protected in this house. Located right off the causeway so traveling to and from island for our wedding weekend off LBI worked out well. Nice backyard!

Perfect cottage for 4 adults or less and 2 children. Not a big house. Comfy soft queen bed. Second bedroom is tiny. TV’s in 2 bedrooms. Lots of nice towels. I would suggest bringing extra toilet paper, Kleenex, and possibly paper towels. The checkout expectations were high. It took all morning to launder and put away linens and run the dishwasher and put away all the dishes. Sheets are supplied however I would bring your own to save laundry time.

Great location

We had a great stay at the cottage. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. The house was very nice. The host was great and very communicative. Close to both the ocean and Bayside - our kids especially loved the bay beach, which was only about a three block walk

Wonderful cottage!

A relaxing stay in a fantastic location! Quiet and peaceful, the cottage was great for our family of four. Centrally located to all the fun that LBI has to offer and the cottage had everything that we needed to feel right at home. Maureen’s great tips were very appreciated (online orders at Wawa so you can get onto the beach fast, for instance!) Highly recommend this home for a short or long vacation at LBI.

Great pet-friendly cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this clean, pet-friendly cottage. The house is perfect for our family of six and a golden retriever. The best part of the house is the backyard - perfect for our fur-baby and for hanging out after the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and close to many things

Our family had a great time staying here. The backyard was wonderful and our dogs loved it. It was within walking distance of many places, Baker's Port Hole, The Local Market and Kitchen, LBI Table, Country Corner Farm Market and Hotel LBI. Also the Thursday night concert was fun and also within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here

To the beach.

The property was set up very well for our family. The backyard with the tiki bar gave us the ability to spend time together as a family. Very close to the beach and to the bay.
