Fantastic detached villa with private pool, garage, garden and barbecue.

The property has been carefully furnished in a nordic style, creating a fresh and bright atmosphere.

There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate kitchen, large and bright lounge diner, porch and terrace.

A separate building contains the BBQ, garage, laundry área and a useful cloakroom which is handy when using the pool or garden.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the porch which leads directly to the pool. There is also a flat screen tv.

All 3 bedrooms have wardrobes, desks and ceiling fans, very practical in the summer months.

Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers with glass shower screens and bluetooth ceiling lights, allowing you to play your music from your mobile devices well as choosing the tone and intensity of light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, glass hob, extractor Hood, capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and toaster.

The large lounge diner, the heart of the villa, has a dining table which seats 6, a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa and armchair. 2 windows and french doors to the porch fill the room with light, although in summer the Windows are shaded. Lighting is provided by 2 remotely controlled ceiling fans.

In Winter the fireplace can be lit to créate a wonderful atmosphere, where the fire can be enjoyed whilst enjoying the view of the pool.
The Smart tv has Netflix installed as well as huge amount of channels.

The house has central heating.

Outside we can find the kidney shaped pool, pool shower, the garden and behind the house is additional parking if required.

The BBQ building has double glass doors which can be fully opened in summer or closed on cooler days, it has all of the worktops, sink and utensils you need for great outdoor cooking, we also provide a bag of charcoal.

Next to the BBQ with a seperate entrance, is the garage and laundry área with cupboards, sink and washing machine, detergent and fabric softener is provided. Also in this building is the cloakroom which is very useful when using the pool, BBQ or just in the garden.

The garden has sun loungers, tables and chairs so you can enjoy the sun and the pool. There are also tables and chairs for breakfast or dinner, in summer it can be too hot for eating lunch outside.

There is a lovely sitting área on the porch perfect for enjoying the view of the pool especially in the evening or at breakfast time.
