Fantastic Villa

The whole experience was excellent from when we booked the villa and Viviane the owner was quick on communication every time we needed something answering at the booking stage right through to us staying there.The villa ticked everything we wanted and the pool area / sun bathing area was fantastic, all you needed to do is move your sun bed round towards the sun as you get the sun from early morning till the sun drops down.The villa was well stocked of kitchen equipment and had everything you needed.I can’t fault it and would definitely stay there again. 10/10

Fabulous Villa

Villa is beautiful and everything you could possibly need for a holiday home from home, great location and lovely and peaceful, plenty to do in the surrounding area and just a short drive to la zenia and Villamartin. Only small improvement would be to update the bed linen and towels as they are a little dated, everything else is perfect. We would 100% stay here again 😊

Orihuela Costa Villa

We had a fabulous holiday at this property. I can honestly say it’s the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. The owner (Viviane) and the manager (Christopher) ensured that everything met our needs they were so friendly. It is well situated but not really central to the resorts nearby we were glad that we hired a car but there was enough to do that was close to the villa. We will return next year.

Beautiful villa, very clean and well presented indeed... I do think that the towels and bedding need replacing...as they were old and tried, and detracted from the villa.

Lovely Villa for a quiet holiday

Overall we had a wonderful week's stay. The villa is fab with lots of outside space and seating areas. The BBQ was an additional bonus, although, if you don't want to cook, less than 200m away is a lovely restaurant called La Finca, which served lovely and reasonably priced food. There are also quite a few bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk down the road which also has an Iceland supermarket. A bit pricey though. The only issue we had was that the heated pool, which we loved, comes at an additional 70 euros for the week, which we have found no mention of in the listing, and was payable locally on arrival. We had no issues with this but you get the impression that the heated pool is included as part of the price when booking. Maybe a note could be added to property to highlight this.

Perfect relaxing holiday

I stayed with my partner for 8 nights, we hired a car and soon found our way around. Near to the beach and supermarkets. We found some nice restaurants also. A lovely peaceful location if you just want to chill by the pool. I will definitely return . Everything was perfect . Thank you Vivienne

Amazing Villa

The villa was amazing very clean and close to all amenities only a short walk to all bars and restaurants, car needed if you want explore more areas. I would definitely recommended this villa we had a wonderful time

This is the second time we've stayed in one of Viviane's properties and they are excellent. It was so quiet, undisturbed and in a great location which meant we had a very relaxing holiday. The villa was very close to local restaurants and supermarkets which meant we didn't have to travel very far. Glenys and her husband were so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

Overall we had a really good time, villa was lovely with everything you need for a relaxing break. Pool with heating was amazing, nice facing poolside for the sun with a good range of furniture and facilities. Internally nicely decorated with all utilities both upstairs and downstairs. Location was perfect for the view of the sea and surrounding area, sunshine most of the day with a nice breeze. We had to use the car to get to the local Villamartin area for an Aldi and pubs but this was no issue, there within 10 minutes. We walked to the local Overseas Iceland and Waitrose with a drink at a couple of bars. would recommend having a car, took us around 50 minutes from Alicante airport. Having the gas BBQ was a nice touch to cook chicken and steak. Oven for us was a little small but as we were a group of 5 we utilised the BBQ so was no issue. Rooms were well appointed, bathrooms good and clean, towels and linen all clean. Beds were really comfy, nice memory foam. It was nice to have the security of a gate. Gleny and Vivienne were amazing, comms were good, nice meet and greet to show us where everything is and how it works. Overall a really nice stay and would fully and highly recommend the villa.

A great stay in a beautiful modern villa. The heated pool was perfect for late afternoon swims. Communication with the owner was excellent. Only one tiny problem in that there were no English TV channels to watch. Other than that a perfect break

Brilliant half term break

Villa is stunning and in a very quiet area yet close to shops, restaurants etc. It was lovely sitting outside in the evening looking towards the sea. The pool heating meant we could swim both first thing and in the evening. Lots of coves and beaches to explore.

Superb Villa

This villa and pool are just amazing in every regard. With a sea view from the incredible outside space this gorgeous modern villa is located in a very quiet and secure location. The pool is one of the best private pools we have seen on holidays. The villa is just a five minute drive to the Consum supermarket and the nearby sandy beaches at La Glea and Cabo Roig. Our many thanks to Gleny and her husband who were always at hand if we had any queries and were so friendly and attentive. Lovely modern and clean villa

My wife, our five children and I had a lovely week in this property. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location was very peaceful with some new modern restaurants jus a ten minute wall away. Would certainly recommend.
