Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, though we are really disappointed to read what you have put. The caravan you stayed in is really popular, as is the site generally, so I am a bit surprised that you were so unhappy. I am really sorry that you didn’t contact us during your stay so that we could put right anything you were not satisfied with. In fact, the owner of the park; the maintenance couple and the cleaners are on site all day, every day, and any of them would have been very willing to help you. The last thing we want is a guest to not enjoy their stay. So much so, that we have a number specifically for any cleaning and maintenance issues, which would have been given to you along with your keysafe number. If you had called, we could have helped.
