Perfect beach spot!

We loved our stay at Aqua Essence 2! The location was off the main road, right on the beach, yet near enough to the local stores that we could bike or walk to meals. Management staff was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check-in & stay. Thank you!

Stunning view, cozy triplex, great location

The photos of this home are very good, but they don't do it justice! Very pretty and comfortable. Kitchen is immaculate and newly decorated. Everything you need to prepare meals, all new appliances. Cozy bedrooms are upstairs, both have sitting areas for relaxing. Also a full bathroom upstairs so no need to maneuver steps in the night. The deck overlooks the gulf, the view is gorgeous, sunsets, waves, beach... The owner has creatively optimized the area between the dunes and the house with a nice seating / picnic area. There are grills, a table, seating and fireplace. As for the area, it's on the cape so getting to "town" is a drive although you can walk to a restaurant, store and ice cream stand. There is a state park at the end of the peninsula - well worth the drive. Very fun! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing little condo on the beach

We had a great stay! Almost everything we needed was provided. The only thing I couldn’t find was extra trash bags. Very clean and comfortable:)

Location perfect

This was a great location and the closeness to the beach made it ideal for walks as the deck gave us the perfect view all day, There are a few cosmetic improvements that could be made, but I would assume those will be taken care of before the heavy season. The December timing was ideal for a quieter, relaxing stay. I will plan to return.

Property was a great location. The newer updates since my last stay were great! The cleanliness of the upstairs area was okay but not great compared to the bottom area of the unit. Overall great for two people!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Even my dog enjoyed it. She is a pacer at night but she stayed sound asleep. You are only a short walk away from the beach. The booking and check-in process was extremely easy and Vince sent emails every time a payment was received. We will definitely be back.

Quiet getaway

If you are looking for a quiet peaceful vacation, this is the place. Very relaxing, and far away from the craziness of PCB. You have several options to dine out and can make the short drive to Port St. Joe for more places. If you do make that drive, I HIGHLY recommend Peppers. Best Mexican food I’ve had in a while.

Great dog friendly community.

House is a mixture of newer improvements a d some out dated one's. The beach area is super dog friendly. Almost everyone that we saw on the beech was walking a dog. Only complaint about the house is the walls are a little thin and you can hear the neighbors tv. I would recommend this place as it was quiet, clean and just about 30 steps from the beach.

Very nice location and property

This was a very nice property to stay at. Even though we had limited amounts of furnishings due to the COVID pandemic we were still able to make everything work. The beach was perfect and not a long walk to reach the waters edge. Loved the little community and there was no problem shopping for supplies close to the property. We will definitely make another trip to this location.
