After Dune Delight in WaterColor is the ideal retreat for your family's beach vacation! The home has unique furnishings, eclectic artwork, and beautiful light colored hardwood floor throughout. The open floor plan and outdoor living space make entertaining a breeze! The home features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests. And, with 4 separate porches (one with a tv!) and balconies, you have ample room to enjoy the outdoors! This home is located on a corner lot on Crossvine Circle and Western Lake Drive, for added privacy. Western Lake Drive takes you past the popular Camp WaterColor pool and straight to the WaterColor Beach Club and the sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast, where you will also find fabulous shopping and dining venues in WaterColor's Town Center and the neighboring Seaside community.
The first level of the home features a spacious outdoor porch on the front, and a large screened in porch on the back which has an outdoor dining and living area with a tv just behind the kitchen. Step through the screen door into your back yard grilling area under the trees, and just around the corner, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. Inside on the first level, you will find a beautifully decorated living area, dining area, kitchen, and a King Guest Master Bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, gray and white countertops, and a backsplash of white subway tiles giving the home a modern feel. The dining table has seating for 8 and the breakfast bar has seating for 4 additional guests. The Guest Master has doors leading out to the screened in porch and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is also accessible through a separate door from the hallway.
On the second level of the home, you will find the remaining bedrooms and 2 more balconies. The luxurious Master Suite is at the front of the home and includes a King bed, private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity, plenty of closet space, and a private covered balcony overlooking the quiet streets of the community. There are 2 lounge chairs and a small cocktail table with 2 additional chairs creating the perfect spot for you to sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. At the back of the home, there is a Guest Bedroom featuring a King bed and a Bunk Room with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 Twins). The guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Also, each guest room has access to the shared balcony on the back of the home where you will find 2 sets of tables and chairs. ***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed. WaterColor will only issue 2 parking passes per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public off street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.
The WaterColor community has grown in popularity, becoming a leading 30A community and a favorite amongst guests from all around the world. With approximately 1,000 people per day using the Beach Club alone, the Board has decided it is time to expand the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor amenities. ***Projected plans are shown in the photos for this home.
Camp WaterColor Expansion Project: Construction began in late Feb 2018 and the projected completion will be approximately 8-10 months. The Camp Pool will be closed for the duration of the project. The Camp basketball courts and tennis center will be closed at certain times during this project as well.
Beach Club Project: Plans are in place to begin work sometime around late Summer 2018, if not delayed. The complete expansion will take approximately 18-24 months. Plans include phasing the project to one area at a time to create as little disturbance as possible and keep the Beach Club open during season. At this time, none of the amenities are scheduled to completely close during the projects. However, some disturbance will be unavoidable as construction takes place.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply. Ask for details. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
