The apartment lies on the ground floor of a small villa on the estate. The caretaker and his wife live in the upper floor of this villa
It is a colorful apartment with a large kitchen and outdoors space for dining and for lounging.
3 double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms one with shower only and the other with bath tub and shower.
The 2 double bedrooms have French windows opening up onto the garden.
rom the kitchen, French windows open onto a pergola covered in jasmine where you also have a barbecue.
The two double bedrooms give onto a tastefully decorated outdoor living room.
A private path leads through the pine tree grove and the dunes to the beach approximately 200 meters. Here you will find a private cabana with sunbeds, parasol. You can leave your beach equipment here during your stay as the cabana can be locked.
In the apartment you will find both household linen and beach towels

This property was not only beautiful it was convenient. It was a short walk through the property to the beach with excellent swimming and a sunset we will never forget. We could also walk to everything in town, shops, food, other beaches. It was quiet and comfortable for sleep with everything we needed. The host was also incredible, making sure we had what we needed the whole stay. We will be coming back. A slice of paradise.

Paradies in Marina di Bibbona

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Allegra empfangen und sie hat uns alles erklärt und durch die Anlage geführt. Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es gibt drei verschiedene Terrassen, für jede Tageszeit eine!Die Einrichtung ist durchdacht und es fehlt an nichts. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
