It is a self-contained, all ground floor setup boasting a double bed, kitchen with breakfast bar, sitting area, woodburning stove and an en-suite shower room. To the exterior is a lovely decking area with a luxurious hot tub overlooking the stunning countryside surrounds. There is also ample off-road parking. Name is a fabulous bolthole for a romantic couple seeking a unique experience in a wonderful region of Wales.

Amenities: Electric heating. Electric combi oven and 2 ring hob, small fridge with ice compartment, TV with Freeview. Starter pack for woodburner included. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed lawn and patio with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Four steps up to property. Note: Hot tub is cleaned on changeover and can take up to 12 hours to be back to optimal temperature. Note: There are 3 steps up to the property. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note:This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250. No infants allowed. Note: Ivy's Way can only accept bookings that start on a Friday for 3 nights, or Monday for 4 nights 7 night bookings are also accepted however, must start and end on a Friday or a Monday. Please note that we are unable to accept check-ins on 24th, 25th, and 26th December

Town: Rhayader is the first town on the River Wye, with a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, and amenities with the added bonus of a leisure centre. The Elan Valley offers a variety of walks and cycle trails, as well as a visitor’s centre with café and children's play area. Visit Builth Wells, where the Spring Festival, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and Winter Fair are all held annually. Alternatively, a scenic drive will take you to the Welsh coast 34 miles away.
