Bli på stranden! Velkommen til Ocean Reef 1607! Dette fullt utstyrte, to-roms to bad, luksuriøs leilighet gir alt du trenger for å nyte en minneverdig ferie på stranden. Denne leiligheten ligger ved stranden og inkluderer en stor balkong med komfortable sjesenger med utsikt over de vakre hvite, sandstrendene, strendene og smaragdgulvvannet. Slapp av på denne balkongen og nyt å se på havet og majestetiske solnedganger.

Denne boligen sørger for en fantastisk ferie på stranden! Stuen har noen av de mest komfortable møblene du finner og inspirerer til stressfri, avslappende lur. Stuen har en veggmontert TV og mange sitteplasser som er fantastiske for å nyte kveldsfilmer, sportsbegivenheter eller bare beundre den uendelige utsikten over bukten. Det komplette kjøkkenet er perfekt til matlaging og inkluderer også en frokostbar med plass til fire og et spisebord i full st��rrelse. Det elegante hovedsoverommet ligger ved siden av balkongen og har separat tilgang til balkongen og fantastisk utsikt over bukten. Sov til bølgenes lyd! Gjestesoverommet har praktisk nok to senger i full størrelse og gir rikelig med soveopplegg.

Ocean Reef tilbyr et basseng foran bukten og boblebadet. Innendørsbassenget oppvarmes sesongmessig og inkluderer utsikt over bukten og et innendørs dampbad. Begge bassengene ligger svært nær strandpromenaden slik at gjestene enkelt kan bevege seg fra bassenget til stranden og tilbake. Et treningsrom og badstue ligger i sjette etasje.

Ocean Reef har en praktisk beliggenhet med mange morsomme aktiviteter i nærheten. Runaway Island, et av områdene som er hyggeligst og best, strandfront, restauranter er to dører nede (lett gangavstand). Runaway Island tilbyr også en walk-up strandbar som lett kan nås fra Ocean Reef stranden. Over gaten er putt-putt golf, is, gokart, gavebutikk, sandwichbutikk og arkade.

Great place to stay , clean & good location. Definitely had a bunch of beach accessories to use . We had an elevator out during our stay , that made it tough at times . But I guess that’s with any place . Overall 9 out of 10

I would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again. We stayed for 5 nights, July 14-19 2025. The balcony of course had an amazing view. The furniture on the balcony was so comfy - a must if you want to enjoy the views during any stay. The mattresses also so comfy - beauty rest hybrid - I’m now buying one for home - slept so good! Response from maintenance on the patio door was quickly resolved (lock was stuck due to the weather). Peak times had an elevator wait but that’s any place like this and I’ve stayed at many. Kitchen has all you need (does need a spatula) and is clean as are the bathrooms. The beach in front of the condo was never overly crowded. They send an email with all you need to know before, during and after your stay. There is no lobby or front desk - check in is with the guy at the entrance of the parking garage who was soo kind and friendly!

Could have been better

Floors were dirty and dusty, especially bathrooms. Public hairs all over master shower wall. Kitchen surfaces had food on counters at check in. Very dusty on all bedroom tables. I am a cleaning lady and I guarantee I left it in MUCH better condition than I found it.

We loved the actual condo - rooms & furniture were very nice 2. Ocean view was perfect & gorgeous 3. Condo was obviously cleaned before our arrival & we had all we needed to get started (kitchen, bathrooms & laundry room - the frig was SPOTLESS btw) 4. Staff was kind & helpful. The only reason we subtracted a star was due to some maintenance issues (the 2nd bathroom toilet ran nonstop (we turned it off at night), a lower kitchen cabinet would not open, and it's probably time for a replacement dishwasher (very loud & only cleaned okay). But overall we were pleased and I would and already have recommended Ocean Reef to friends.

The property was perfect for our 1st family vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were within walking distance to almost anything we wanted and definitely within a short driving distance to anything we needed. Loved being right on the beach. Highly recommend.

Awesome Property!

This property met my expectations. The condo was EXACTLY as advertised. It was well equipped, living area was very comfortable with well kept furniture. Viewing the ocean from the balcony was even better because of the comfortable furniture that was provided. I would definitely recommend staying here to any family!

Beautiful, Immaculate, Accommodating...Best condo ever!!

It looks every bit as beautiful as the property description! The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, and we loved the cushioned balcony furniture. The view was stunning from the 16th floor balcony. It's a roomy place to relax on a rainy day. The balcony furniture was much more extravagant any other condo we have stayed at in the past. It was wonderful having 3 large flat-screen TVs and DVD players. We enjoyed watching movies on the huge TV in the living room. You can even see the ocean from the living room! The room and balcony are so nice you won't want to leave the room!We loved how the room had beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cooler, and innumerable beach toys. This allowed us to save the expense of renting beach chairs. There were quite a few Nicholas Sparks books to read if interested. Another perk was that Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf (with 2 mini golf courses and go-karts) was right across the road from the condo. It's a tremendous advantage to be able to walk and avoid the intense PCB traffic. There were lots of activities and restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to the restaurant Sharky's which we loved, as you could eat beachside! We also loved the food at Pineapple Willy's...but be prepared to wait to eat there. We also enjoyed Coconut Creek miniature golf. There is so much to do in the area you couldn't possibly do it all!The manager was very helpful in the renting process. We liked many other aspects of Ocean Reef in general. We had our own parking space, and it was easy to get in and out of the garage. It was convenient to just have to remember a code to get in the room. We also liked how there was a security guard present in the pool area to keep control. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend...absolutely loved it and would

Perfect place for us locals to stay while our house was being painted! great heated indoor and outdoor pool plus a hottub! Kitchen had everything so I was able to cook a little during our 2 week stay.

The unit was great. Beautiful views. Right on the beach. Loved the balcony. The only thing missing in the unit was hair dryer which was odd. Also towels looked dirty, I had to wash them before using. There was a lot of dead fish on the beach which I have never seen before. It was a little concerning but it may be seasonal thing. Other than that we had a great time.

Great spot, not very clean.

The condo is in prime location for shopping, dining, and tourist attractions with a beautiful view over the water. The outdoor pool was nice and relaxing and the beach wasn’t overcrowded. The condo also was not the cleanest when we first arrived. Silverware and utensils had clumps of food stuck to them so we hand washed all of our dishes prior to use during our stay. We also noticed a very distinct, putrid smell every time we entered the condo to find out that the dishwasher had not been cleaned between guests and there were large bits of fish and other food in the bottom of it, producing a nauseating and putrid smell; the dishwasher was unusable to us. We also found a caddy for cleaning supplies under the sink which was filled with dark, stagnated water with a film over top of it. The beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the condo were $50/day so we opted to bring the chairs that were provided by the condo. The chairs provided were very rusted and all broken due to damage. The beach was nice, however it was never grated so there were cigarette butts and other small garbage items scattered about. The master bathroom shower would not drain and would quickly fill with water when showering. I think if cleaning services were better our stay would have been more enjoyable.
