Large apartment next to the beach, free parking (Santa Margherita / Portofino)

Dear Claude, first of all I would like to thank you for choosing my apartment for your stay in Santa Margherita. We are glad you liked the location but it's so sad to see you were only 3/5 satisfied since nobody was there at the check in. As it's cleary written on the website, we provide a self check in procedure through a key box but we are always at full disposal with a video call if there is anything we can do for our guests. Also even if you didn't read the note on the website, we reminded you that we would have provided this procedure for the check in: you got the videos with all the informations required for a very easy check in. Just one recommendation for your next Abritel / VRBO stay: don't ask money back to avoid a bad review. We really prefer a bad review when it's a fair one than people who is giving you back money just to get a positive review. The satisfaction of our guests is mandatory for us but we want to get it fairly and not by paying anybody sending money back.
