Very unpleasant review, nothing is true, we can happily say that our hosts are always satisfied, You asked so many times help to my cohost calling her at least 5 times per day during your stay, you wanted her to reserve taxis for all your movements for example. We are not a hotel, maybe this is your problem. Anyway the coffee machine was not leaking, my cohost checked with your wife, you just put too many water in it, and about the chair it was not broken before your arrival. I have pictures, we always make before and after as I wrote you. You refused to admit and threatened that you have denounced me to Vrbo this what you wrote me as I sent you the picture of the broken chair:” Barbara This chair was broken like that when we arrived. As well, your coffee pot leaked from Day 1. And lastly, we don’t appreciate being accused of stealing a towel. I find all of your accusations quite disturbing. We are a quiet and respectful Canadian family. We own two hotels, a Best Western and a Super 8. If any charges appear on my credit card, I will immediately take steps to contact Mastercard for a credit. I will also report your false accusations to VRBO.” An accident can happen, there is no reason to say that you are respectful and hotel owner, this is not a reason. I again remind you the suspended ship is a home not an hotel, we give support (welcome mineral water, fresh fruit o focaccia and toilet paper) for arrival there is not daily cleaning or other service, it is a home, regards
