Luxurious - Southwest Comfort - Spa Master Bath - Dbl Garage - Pool/Hot Tub

Located about 10 minutes south of downtown Moab. This home provides a one-of-a-kind southwest experience. You can feel the difference from the moment you walk in the door. You can sit inside or outside and take-in the spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, 2 gas fireplaces (living room and master bedroom), southwest furniture, comfy pillow-top mattresses, Weber Genesis E-330 gas grill, quality linens, towels, washer/dryer, central air/heat and WiFi. The living room has a 65” smart HDTV, high quality large sound bar with sub-woofer, It has overstuffed southwest sofas and chair. The living room and dining room views are spectacular. They are not obstructed by other buildings in the complex. The master suite has a 65” SMART HDTV and has direct access to the extra-large patio. Master en-suite includes a large spa-like bathroom. You can enjoy the large steam shower, complete with dual shower heads, body sprays (4 each) and a large rain head. A bench is included to enjoy the steam room feature. The steam shower is equipped with five LED lights that you can change color at the press of a button.
(Colors have a documented effect on our moods.) Enhance your stay with the soothing and revitalizing effect of our steam shower. Also, relax, soothe sore muscles & joints and let stress fade away in your very own sauna with our master bath Sauna Room. Pour water over sauna heater rocks for a traditional Finnish steam sauna. Who knew you could enjoy the benefits of a spa experience during your stay at our home in Moab. The bunk room has a 48" smart HDTV and the third bedroom is equipped with a 32" SMART HDTV. The outdoor patio area is one of the largest in the complex. We have a private 7-8 person Master spa hot tub, a large outdoor table that seats 8 for your outdoor dining or just relaxing, visiting and enjoying the views. Seat cushions are provided for your comfort. a couple lounge chairs are also provided for relaxation and taking in the sun. A large stainless steel natural gas grill is yours to use for that favorite grilled meal. No worries about running out of propane.
On-site, you'll find a communal hot tub and large outdoor swimming pool open April through October. 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Communal Hot tub open year-round.
Outside your front door, enjoy golfing, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, river rafting, ancient rock art, four-wheeling, motor cycling, ATV/UTV riding, cross country skiing and snow shoeing, horseback riding, scenic drives, bird watching, rock climbing, sky diving and scenic plane rides. We are located close to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, Ken's Lake, the La Sal Mountains and Loop Road, the world renowned Slick Rock Bike Trail and many ATV/four-wheel drive trails.
Our home has been updated to include southwest furniture, original fine art, decor and appliances.

Moab winter escape

The condo elevated our visit to Moab. After a day of biking we took advantage of the hot tub, sauna, and steam shower. We also had a couple of cozy family movie nights. We had a great time and would stay here again on our next visit.

Great stay with friends while doing some Moab off-roading. The condo exceeded expectations . The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures! The tile is absolutely gorgeous. It has wonderful Southwest artwork throughout. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. While there are hundreds of condos in the development, E4 is on the end and very private. This place is a true gem!

Clean, spacious, accommodating! This property was truly our oasis to escape from the triple digit Moab temperatures. We felt at home with the decor. Loved the huge shower and sauna. My only complaint is for VRBO and NOT the property owner, The VRBO app would not load, therefore we didnt have check in instructions. Good thing I had written down the property address prior to arrival.

This house was beautifully decorated and had so many unique features. The views were lovely, and only a short drive to town. We enjoyed the hot tub, patio, and grill. The master suite is quite impressive. I loved the sauna and there was plenty of space inside for 2 maybe 3 people. The steam shower with various heads and sprayers and mood lighting was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and had a good number of seasonings. The host went out if her way to make sure our stay was perfect.

Awesome, but beware if you have pet allergies

We all really loved the condo and the facilities at the complex. The only negative for me is that I assumed that if no pets were allowed at the condo, then there had not been pets at the condo, especially cats. I am allergic and my allergies were awful every night. If you are not allergic to pets then this is a great place to stay, but if you have allergies I would advise to look elsewhere.

Fantastic property in So Moab! A lot of personal touches- from design to decor. Excellent master suite- sauna, large shower, large closet, washer and dryer, entertainment system, fireplace, and direct access to hot tub. Lots of room to relax! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice appliances. You'll feel right at home! We rented the unit for a weekend of mountain biking with our teenage kids. This property was a great home base. Breakfasts at home, biking all day, hot tub at night to relax muscles and joints. Space for everyone to have some quiet time and unwind before bed. Everyone slept really well. This one is a winner! Also, property owners are really great. Property is well managed and owners are responsive if needed. Thanks for a great weekend!

I was raised in Moab and graduated from Grand Co. High. Jay was raised in Bishop CA. He moved to Moab in 1977. We met and were married 4 months later in '78. Moved so he could go to college at the U of U. He graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering. We have moved to AZ and CA for work. When I told him I was ready to "go home" back to Utah he took our family. We currently live near Salt Lake City Utah and love to spend many weekends in Moab. We have 4 married kids and 10 grand children that all love to spend time here as well here . What a wonderful gathering place!!!

Why they chose this property

This home is right in the heart of where our family loves to come to visit, fish, hunt, hike and especially ride our ATV's and Razors. There is so much diversity between the mountain and the valley activities we enjoy. When it gets too hot in the valley we head for the mountains. It's at least 15-20 degrees cooler up there and so beautiful. Don't forget to bring a fishing pole ;-)

What makes this property unique

This is one of the best, unique units in Moab. No one else in Rim Village (or probably any other rental in Moab except our other home E-4) has a private 8 person hot tub, Sauna and steam shower. We fell in love with the special look of the home and especially the views of the La Sal Mountains and the red rock rims from looking out the windows.
