One of the few places we’ve stayed where there were enough dishes and silverware and pots and pans to be able to cook meals. Very clean and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was well stocked. There were extra linens and pillows. Everything was clean. There were helpful notes for things like how to use the TV. We stayed with four adults and had a great time! Close to Arches, Canyonlands, and of course Moab. Appreciated the garage.

Nice oasis in the Desert

Nice place, though the community pool and hot tub weren't even functioning while we were there, bummed out but Moab in general is a wonderful place. Spacious home, clean, clean, clean, TV in every room and access to the garage from the inside was helpful. Would stay again, great place!

Our perfect stay in this special place

This property is superb! It is immaculately clean and has everything one needs and then some. The kitchen is the most well-appointed of any we've stayed in and the extensive art is all area appropriate and very tasteful. We loved all the little extras and the views of the red rock cliff and the La Sal mountains made the entire stay feel like vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved making this my temporary home as I adventured on the trails of Moab! The mountain views are exceptional. The decor is so tasteful and wonderful, the beds comfortable. The easy chairs AMAZING. The community is quiet and just a short drive from town. The property was clean and organized and had quality cooking implement unlike other rentals.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Our master toilet wasn't properly working when we got to the unit and one of the sinks had no hot water. We called the property company and they called out a plumber t fix it. He came out immediately.

Wonderful Stay

The property is perfect for a family get together! Clean and well stocked. Only downside was the communications. Some of the information given by the property manager was incorrect (example - there were 4 separate TV remotes in the living room only one worked and the directions were invalid so we gave up trying to make it work). Also other than the check-in instructions we never received anything else from the manager, not even check-out directions.

Very Nice Condo

We really like those condos and area. Weve been in a different unit before. This specific one was nicely furnished, comfortable beds, all the amenities and well kept. The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness is sometimes I think some things are overlooked by cleaners. The baseboards were a bit dirty so I wiped some down myself. The drawers in the kitchen had some streaks of something spilt down the front including the knobs were sticky and the front door around the door knob had dirty hand prints. All of which I wiped down. It's very expensive to stay in these vrbo properties and the extra cleaning fee on top of that, these places should be 5 1/2 star clean. That being said, it wouldn't stop me from recommending it or staying again.
