Surrounded by nature, Relais Il Grillo is in a strategical place: a less than an hour from Florence and just 30 minutes far from Pisa and Lucca. *** 6 days minimum stay check - in before 4 p.m. and check-out after 9 a.m. *** . The house has got:

Un havre de paix idéal pour 4 personnes

Le cadre idéal au calme pour des vacances en famille avec nos grands enfants , jolie vue sur la végétation et le coucher de soleil sur la montagne..une propreté irréprochable et un accueil de Giacomo aux petits soins pour les bons plans à proximité..Pise et Lucques sont à 30 minutes en voiture et Sienne à 1h30..ne pas rater le site de Sangimigiano, situé à une petite heure de la maison..et surtout le restaurant situé sur la petite place de Martí, des plats frais et faits maison jusqu’au dessert à un prix très correct !Merci à Giacomo pour cette location, et ses recommandations

Wir waren für 1 Woche mit zwei Teenagern in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Die Lage ist angenehm abgelegen, absolut ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten.Der Pool war immer sehr sauber und hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Check-in und Check-out funktionierten sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend – schnell, unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Er hat sich um viele Dinge gekümmert und war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hideaway

It has been our second time staying at this place - ideally situated to explore Florence yet also not too far away to reach the coastline for swimming and Cinque Terre for an excursion. We will certainly come back again.

perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden mit einer Flasche Wein, das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche riecht sehr, die Umgebung ist sehr grün, so grün haben wir es noch nicht in der Toskana erlebt, der Pool hat eine wunderbare Temperatur, obwohl es erst Anfang Juni war, die Einrichtung ist hochwertig (Unopiu), Pisa und Florenz gut zu erreichen, Danke vielmals an Giacomo für den Support und die Unterbringung!

Gorgeous holiday villa with pool

Certainly off the beaten track, in the midst of woods. Lovely villa, designed with style and attention to detail. Not the most practical accomodation for three people, but the fantastic pool more than makes up for that. Very nice hosts.

As great as last year

We liked it so much that we went there for the second year in a row. The house is lovingly furnished and has a fantastic location. Giacomo very very nice and helpful. The kids loved the pool and we went on nice trips around the area. We felt very comfortable again.

Relaxing and Quite

We had an incredible week staying in Giacomo’s villa. It’s in a very sleepy village with only a restaurant and small shop close by. We hired a car and travelled to Pisa and Florence, it’s in the perfect location to do this. The villa its self is of a very high standard and better than the pictures. The Mezzanine ladder is steep so we decided to let our young children have the main bedroom. We had a lovely stay, it was perfect for what we needed.

Just a dream…

The property was gorgeous. Area perfect for our exploration needs and the pool, fantastic to jump into when almost 40 degrees daily. The host, although we did not meet, Giacomo, was very courteous in answering any questions we had and rapidly too. The only comment we have is that there is not a standard oven in the property. There was a counter microwave/oven (we believe) but we did not use this as we are inexperienced with this type of equipment. This maybe an English misinterpretation however. If the opportunity presented itself, we would certainly return to Italy and this property in a heartbeat! Grazie mille Giacomo.

Luxuriously relaxing & tranquil

Me and my husband stayed for 2 weeks to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. From booking the owner couldnt have been more helpful, sending us links for restaurants and vineyards. You need a car, but you wont want to go out much haha. Its beautiful! The view is incredible from the balcony, having dinner and drinks whilst the sun sets looking at the view is really priceless. The pool really made the villa so much more. Its really big and we loved sitting on the pool steps having a natter. Inside, the villa provides everything you need. It smells lush, looks incredibly clean but still homely. We went to Pisa and Florence, from Florence we took the speed train to Lake Garda, highly recommended and quite reasonably priced too! There is a local supermarket in the village as well as a bigger one 5 minutes away. We would absolutely say that if you want to stay in Tuscany, stay here!!

Heerlijk verblijf in het hart van Toscane

Super! Mooie villa van alle gemakken voorzien, met prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad en gelegen in rustige natuurlijke omgeving met mooi aangelegde tuin. De communicatie met de eigenaar Giacomo Mancini was erg prettig. De omschrijving op de site en de bijbehorende foto’s komen 100% overeen. Kortom een aanrader voor een fantastisch verblijf!

Beautiful place

Das Haus liegt am Hang eines ruhigen Hügels mit Blick nach Pisa. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich, selbst in der Köche gab es nichts, was fehlte. Stilvolle Einrichtung, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr schöner Pool, frische Kräuter im Garten. Livorno, Pisa und Florenz sind in 30-45 Minuten erreichbar.

Ein Paradies...zum zweiten Mal

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an wie im Paradies. Es ist völlig tiefenentspannend, am Pool zu liegen, den tollen Garten zu bewundern oder im Tal zu joggen. Wir haben schon viele tolle Wohnungen in Frankreich, Deutschland und Italien gebucht: Dieses Haus ist etwas ganz besonderes. Im Detail ist alles liebevoll und komplett ausgestattet. Es ist alles da. Seit dem letzten Aufenthalt vor zwei Jahren wurde die Medientechnik (TV/Musik) sogar noch stark aufgewertet. Wir waren wieder begeistert. Zum Einkaufen empfehle ich den Conad, zum Joggen zeigt einem Komoot tolle Routen in der Umgebung.

Superb property

We stayed for a week this October. The house is superb, finished to a very high standard, with everything you could ask for. All as great as it looks in the photos. The host was excellent throughout. Easy communication from the moment we booked to check-in, explaining the property and being available if we needed help. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Geweldig verblijf

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Het huis ligt bijzonder mooi aan de rand van het kleine dorpje Marti. Een kleine supermarkt is in het dorpje aanwezig. Het huis is schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over een heerlijk privé zwembad. 1 grote slaapkamer en een vide waar nog een groot 2-persoonsbed staat. Goed functionerende airco. Buiten 2 grote terrassen met tuinmeubilair en een overkapping. Extra douche beneden in de ruimte waar ook de wasmachine staat. Centrale ligging. Wij komen graag een keer terug! Tip: Ga een keer eten in het dorpje. Het restaurant ziet er niet zo gezellig uit maar het eten is goed.

Entspannung pur.

Wir waren acht Tage in diesem Ferienhaus und sind sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber, man hat eine schöne Aussicht und einen sauberen Pool zum abkühlen. Man kann von da aus sehr gut in die Städte fahren, zum Einkaufen oder zum Pasta essen. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar, hilft sofort wenn irgendwas ist, und hat immer gute Tipps für die Gegend. Einzig der Zufahrtsweg müsste erneuert werden, denn da kommt man mit tieferen Autos kaum lang. Aber dafür ziehe ich jetzt keine Punkte ab. Wir empfehlen es weiter!

The best holiday home we ever had

It´s such a lovely holiday home. Everything was proper, clean and decorated with lots of love. We felt very welcomed, and we were surprised how good everything was in shape. Whatever we needed it was found in the laundry room. We loved the pool and the were terrasses were perfect for breakfast and dinner. And the one on top was great for viewing the sundown and enjoying the Tuscany nights. We made excursions every day and enjoyed the surrounding area a lot. The communication with Giacomo was a pleasure and totally nice. Really appreciated. Everything was really great and we´d love to come back one day.
