This is a brand new holiday house and the current season (2020) is the first full season to accommodate guests.
The holiday house is located in a prime location of 6.700 m2 offering majestic view to the sea, mountain Ainos and St. George's castle. The plot offers high standards of privacy, peace, quite and fresh air. The house design does encompass traditional characteristics with stone facades along with modern large French doors with electric blinds.
Upper floor balcony railings are made from transparent glass so guests can enjoy the stunning view towards Trapezaki bay.
The 164 m2 Petros stone villa can accommodate up to six (6) guests in three bedrooms with en - suite bathrooms and two sofa beds in the living room. An extra shared bathroom is available at the ground floor.
State-of-the-art kitchen furniture is available where guests can prepare their meals with ease and comfort.
Washing and dryer machine is available at the premises.
The 10 X 4 infinity swimming pool is chemical free - the filtration is based on a self cleaning electrolysis system.
At the spacious garden terrace guests can enjoy making the most of sun beds, pergolas, outdoor grill and lawn.

Outstanding villa!

We had the most amazing stay in this gorgeous villa with stunning views of the sea and mountains, in an excellent location. The infinity pool was just perfect looking out over the sea. The host, Anastasios, could not have been more helpful and gave us tips on where to visit during our stay. Would really recommend this property.

Amazing stay in kefalonia stone villas

We had a lovely vacation at Kefalonia Stone Villas. Marilena and Anastasio were amazing hosts who were constantly there to accommodate us. The villa is very well maintained, private and has a lovely outdoor pool and lounge area. We house was comfortable and very roomy and modern. We loved our stay and would recommend the villa 100%. Thank you Marilena and Anastasio for a wonderful vacation.

A great summer holiday

A perfectly located villa with all the America you will require. The sandy and quiet Trapezaki beach was only 5 minutes away and the rock pools and sunset beach Agios Thomas beach and equally enjoyable Lourdas also close by ensured our week was relaxing. The team at Denis restaurant were superb and the bar at Celestial Hotel provided a little bit of glamour. Thoroughly recommend the villa and the hospitality of Marilena and Anastasios

Beautiful, modern Villa with amazing views

Just had a wonderful stay at Villa Petros. It was beautifully presented down to the welcome pack, it is rare that a property is better than the pictures suggest. The Villa was immaculately clean, very modern and extremely comfortable. Trapezaki beach is a 15-20 minute walk and when the weather is hot as it was this week, we found it essential to have a car. The views from the upstairs bedrooms are fantastic across the countryside and down to the sea. The hosts were really friendly and very helpful, helping us arrange a taxi from Fiskardo through to recommending places to visit, eat or drink. Very peaceful, quiet and romantic location.

The villa was perfect in a very peaceful location and our hosts were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend. Short drive to a lovely little beach with taverna with very good food & a beach shack. Can also walk to tavernas near to villa but a car is recommended. Really liked the area & just a short drive from airport. You won't be disappointed with this villa.

Superb Stay

We had a fabulous time at this high quality, private villa. Great location close to amazing beaches and just 15 minutes from Argostoli. Also an excellent location for exploring other highlights of the island. We are a family of 4 with 2 young girls. The open plan living area and well appointed en-suite bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The outside pool area is stunning with the mountain backdrop and views towards the sea very special. Very well managed by hosts Anastasios and Marilena. Thank you.

Great Villa

Anastasios is a great just and his Villa is fabulous. Quiet location, infinity pool, views, spotlessly clean and well equipped. All made for a tranquil holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was born in Athens and raised on the island. I studied Marketing (Bsc) in Thessaloniki and pursued my postgraduate studies in Berlin School of Economics and Law (MBA). I have lived, studied and worked for several years abroad. Therefore, I am excited meeting up with people with different cultural backgrounds sharing travelling experiences. I am a traveller enthusiast myself. My first major travel experience was when I took part in the exchange student Erasmus programme. Belgium, Gent was my travelling inauguration. From there I did visit almost all EU states.
I enjoy the most travelling with my motorbike. It is this sense of freedom I can't get enough of it. Moreover, I am an advanced scuba diver. Kefalonia's crystal clear waters and WWII wrecks are a reason to explore and preserve the underwater world of Ionian Sea.
Myself and my sister Marilena will be your hosts. We are both fluent in English. I do speak some German - To be honest, it's been a while since I did that! We are willing to go the extra mile making the most out of your vacation. Our greatest attribute is our can - do attitude. You are welcome in Kefalonia.

A 10 X 4 infinity swimming pool is available to the guests. We do not use any chemicals for the pool’s sanitation. The cleaning system is based on the electrolysis phenomenon. The water is semi salt.

Trapezaki is a great location to use as your base in order to navigate all around the island. It is only 12 Km away from Kefalonia’s Internarional Airport and really close to super markets, bars restaurants and some more beautiful beaches.
