Single level open floor plan.Great for entertaining! The home living spaces are open with cathedral ceilings, tile floor in kitchen and entry as well as in one of the bedrooms. In the great room watch a big screen TV, or a board game in the TV stand and have a fun time in a spacious living room. Dining room invites you to a glass table with 4 comfy chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped & ready for your culinary creations. In the master bedroom you'll find a king size bed, and a sliding door leading to the citrus garden. The master bathroom has a separate shower, walk in closet & double sinks. Rooms include bdrm 2(queen), bdrm 3(king), bdrm 4(full). Laundry in garage. Perfect location for visiting Indian Wells Tennis

There were 3 of us, adult tennis players and could have comfortably been one more. We had a tennis clinic and then watched tennis at BNP Paribas Tournament. It was a cute house in a convenient neighborhood. It had everything we needed.

The property/ house needs work and updating. The whole house smelled like mold. When we arrived shower curtain rod was on the floor. All the towels needed to be washed or updated. The towels all had a horrible old closet smell, as well as them being close to 10 years old . Several outlets in multiple rooms didn’t work, makes charging accessories difficult. Light bulbs not working on night stands, toilet seat loose in master bathroom as well as the in the hallway bath. It was strange having 4 kitchens tables and chairs. The outdoor furniture need to replaced, several of the outdoor cushions are being used by stray cat for beds nightly. One of the chairs in the living was broken, if you sat in it you would sink through the bottom. It was like all the furniture was purchased from second hand store. We it found interesting that a personal security camera was directed at the jacuzzi. Invest in your property if you want to continue renting as VRBO.

Awesome place to stay for golf trip.

My three buddies and I stayed here for a couple day golf trip. Super close to courses and tons of restaurants. House is great, beds were all comfortable and outside pool and hot tub area were awesome after rounds. Left a set of airbus’s and owner sent them back quick. Definitely will stay here again.

Needs some help

There were six of us in this home for 6 days. We all agreed the beds were good, but the place definitely needed some care. I did let the owner know that we needed more towels and that was provided. I mentioned that the 2 lounge chairs had seen better days and were falling apart. She ended up binging us some more chairs for the patio, which has plenty. It could use some general maintenance for sure.

Peaceful escape

This nice property was perfect sized for four of us to each get our own room. You can def fit more people but for us it was just right. The pool is nice, with a hot tub, surrounded with lime trees and other citrus. We did pay for early check in but there was a miscommunication with the cleaners so they had to clean while we arrived which was not a great start. The cleaners where super nice and I felt bad we had to watch them scramble for us. The property manager did refund half of our early check in fee due to the mishap. There were plenty of towels, market nearby, and it was quiet. Note: There is no ice maker and although there is a blender- it’s broken and spills from the bottom. Overall a great weekend was had by all grilling poolside.
