Step inside Luma House, a stylish 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat that sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. The home is designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind, featuring a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious living room with a 70` smart TV, shuffleboard, and plenty of games for family and friends to enjoy. The large garage has been transformed into a vibrant game room with its own AC, complete with a pool table, foosball, two arcade games, Connect 4, a mounted scrabble game, additional seating with a smart TV, and colorful lights that create a fun, lively atmosphere for all ages.

Outside, the backyard is a true desert escape. Take a dip in the sparkling pool or unwind under the large covered patio, complete with a smart TV, a dining table for eight, and a propane grill for outdoor meals. Challenge friends to a round of ping pong, gather around the cozy fire pit for evening conversations, or simply lounge in one of the many seating areas. This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, a garage converted into a game room, laundry area, and a 1-car garage. The kitchen is equipped with a wide selection of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils to prepare nearly any family meal. A starter kit of seasonings (salt, pepper, and olive oil) is provided, and a complete list of available cookware and appliances can be shared upon request.

For your convenience, we also provide a starter kit of consumables, including paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a welcome gift basket. Please note this kit is intended as a starter supply only; guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Fresh bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for the full occupancy of the home.

Any refunds issued as a result of a guest cancellation will exclude the payment processing fee, unless the California Cancellation Policy is applicable.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

2. Pool heating is an extra service: $75/day for pool heating, which heats the pool to 85 degrees. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

3. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

6. No more than 4 vehicles allowed.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.

9. An additional cleaning fee of $140 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
