A true vacation home! Backyard deck with outdoor firepit, indoor fireplace, hot tub, gas BBQ and AMAZING city views.

The space

A space you can make yourself comfortable in! We want you to truly feel at home and have stocked our home for everything you need to enjoy your time in Las Vegas.

Fully Stocked Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and patio. You can spend your time soaking in the custom master bathroom or enjoy the Las Vegas Strip views from the deck with a firepit, natural gas BBQ and hot tub. Both tv's in the home have Amazon Firesticks that allow access to tv and netflix

We are close to Lake Mead National Park, several different cycling trails and marathon/triathlon courses.
The home has brand new paint, inside and out, a custom rain head master shower, and enough living space to bring family and friends and feel right at home without feeling cramped.
In addition to 3 full bedrooms and a queen sofa bed, we have a small child's/infant crib (pack n play) that we can provide along with other infant/toddler items if you need.


Other things to note

We are so impressed with how much pride guests take in our home. Please note the following:

Accidents happen! Please let us know of anything that happens during your stay so we are aware (broken items, things in the home, carpet stains, couch stains etc)

-we are friends with all of our neighbors. Please be respectful of the people around you
-no shoes in carpeted areas (there is only carpet in two bedrooms)
-no smoking in the home at all. backyard and front patio are available
-if you have approved bringing a pet, they cannot be on carpeted areas
-all pets must be picked up after
- No pets in carpeted areas ( two bedrooms). We must be notified in advance if you're bringing an animal
-You are responsible for any damage caused by pets during stay
-Treat our home as if it is your own.
-Do not eat or drink on the couch
-Please set the thermostat to 80 whenever you will not be in the home and when you depart
-Trash cans are provided on the side of the home. Please take out your trash prior to leaving
-Clean out any contents in the fridge
-Strip linens and towels and place in laundry room

We have a lawn company and bug company that service the home regularly and will always let you know in advance of their arrival.

Fishing tournament stay

Great property. Perfect for me & my needs. Excellent hosts. Eric is “Johnny on the spot”, great guy, very EZ to work with. Nice quiet neighborhood. Ashley is also very accommodating & pleasant. I recommend this property for either a single fishing guy like me, or a family.

Loved this property!

We loved this property! Everything was great… the location was perfect between the strip and lake las vegas, the house was beautiful and clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the manager was very helpful and responsive. The only thing we were upset about was that we didn’t rent it for longer.

House was perfect for hosting us! Beds comfy, appliances working. Really hot in Henderson so AC was struggling to keep up but we were okay. Garage door ia broken and would not stay closed so had to be held down. Could not park in garage.

Great views & cute house

The views from the deck at sunset were excellent. The kitchen had lots of appliances that weren't listed. The garden is enclosed and works well if you have a dog. It's located just off the 215 so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit. The correct contact is Eric - not the person on the VRBO listing that never replied to any of my questions. Once at the house, Eric was very responsive.

Quiet neighborhood

Nice place with quiet patio out back. They may want to put some coasters in. A night stand in the other than master bedroom would be nice. I have never had a 1500 damage deposit at a VRBO. I’ve seen where u can buy it as an option. Not sure if it’s because Vegas attracts a nasty clientele. Nice view of skyline outback too. Well stocked with appliances.

I was disappointed because it listed a paved RV parking and room for three cars in the driveway. The "RV" parking was gravel, already had a trailer there and was locked behind a gate.I would have used the garage, but the listing failed to list the garage was off limits and locked. I specifically reserved this space for two reasons, the RV parking and the hot tub. When I showed up the "RV" parking was a wider driveway and too short for my 16' trailer, the hot tub was uncovered and green so we did not use. Also the entry code I was given to enter the house was incorrect. It was also concerning that the front door would not latch so it was inconvenient to always lock the deadbolt every time you went in and out the door. The house was relatively clean and in a good convenient neighborhood.

Great place for exploring Vegas and the surrounding area!

Great house with a lot of room in a quiet neighborhood close to the highway making it easy to explore Vegas and multiple parks. We really appreciated that the house was stocked with the staples for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room! There were so many gadgets in the kitchen, but not many bowls, plates, or cutlery. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean! We were not given a heads up on the lawn maintenance fellow showing up in the backyard one morning. The keypad on the door was finicky, didn’t always work the easiest. Communication with the owner via the app did not work, never got a reply. Use the number on the laminated sheet in the house to communicate issues. Overall, I would stay again if in the area.

Overall Solid

We were in town to visit the lake, and location matters a lot since we like being close. This house checked that box and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. If you’re visiting to go to the strip, this is about a 20 min drive. The house was easy to check-in, but the number pad can get a bit sticky with some of the numbers so you have to press a few times. That wasn’t a big deal to us. Inside is nice and looked like the photos. We did find women’s hair and assuming pet hair on the sheets of every bed, so we washed all of the sheets as soon as we arrived. My guess is the hair was from the house cleaners. The AC also stopped cooling on our last full day and temp started rising quickly, but then started working again after a few hours thankfully. Weird. Communication was nonexistent with the property owner/manager to the three messages I sent during the trip, so that could be improved. Still, we found the house to be overall comfortable, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds and did what we needed it to do. Would I stay again? Maybe.

Great rental

I have rented several houses over the years, in many different locations, and this by far is the cleanest house I’ve ever stayed in. The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Check in/check out was easy with very few things to do when you leave. However, I’m not sure if it’s just the city of Henderson, or the neighborhood but there were some rules to follow that I was unaware of. Quiet time was from 10pm till 7am and house rules say you weren’t allowed in the hot tub after 10pm. If you were and noisy I guess, you could possibly be kicked out or have the police called. It’s the desert and who wants to be in a hot tub before 10pm? I do understand that young people rent these things and cause issues. Also if you don’t want to be on camera in the hot tub or have the sound monitored this is not the place for you. I’m sure the owners don’t just sit and watch, and they are there in case something happens but I just prefer privacy. We didn’t have any issues but we’re fairly quiet I believe. Anyway this was a great property and great for older people who don’t party and go to bed at 9. I would recommend!

Not as advertised - broken spa plus more

Main reason for picking this property was the hot tub! Arrived and on day one, discovered the Hot tub was not in any shape to be enjoyed (broken seat cushion caused jet to spray 3 feet) so no other jets had any force, plus water had been shocked with chemicals that burned our eyes, noses and throats. When we voiced our disappointment immediately, we were told via text that a part was on permanent back order, so a new tub was on its way. They knew this was an issue, but listing did not reflect this. Listing should have shown tub not functional. I would have kept looking for a place with a hot tub. Owners denied any responsibility. I asked for $250 credit on a 3-night stay and it took me nearly a month of badgering owners and she finally sent me a credit for $100. Other issues: 3 forks in whole house upon arrival (more silverware delivered promptly), broken dining room chair, rusty spike on top shelf of dishwasher, no towel racks in master bedroom, slow draining sinks in master, horrible kitchen pots and pans, and the master BR lacked a second nightstand for sleeper on the right side of bed. Would not recommend this place. Worst VRBO experience to date.

Overall a very nice place.

Very nice neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Backyard deck is relaxing. Only issues were the keurig didnt work and the small regular coffee pot, didnt work well either. And the electronic door was very hard to use. We had troubke unlocking the door every time. Was very frustrating. But kitchen is beautiful and nice to stay in a lovely home instead of a hotel. Would definitely stay here again and reccommend it.

Pleasant & Enjoyable Stay

Came to Vegas with family to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, We found these accommodations to be very reasonable and pleasant not far off the Vegas strip. Clean & comfortable, easy to access and close enough to everything Vegas offers. Nice view of the Strip from the yard, had to mention that. Would definitely stay there again!!! See Ya Again

Beautiful and Functional

This property is outstanding; very clean, quiet neighborhood, great spaces and amenities. It has great access to all the southern Nevada sites and sounds, from the Strip to Hoover Dam to Valley of Fire and everything in between. We will definitely be back!

Great property

This is a great property. Quiet, convenient location, very clean. Owner has thought of everything, and all amenities are provided. Dog friendly with an enclosed backyard with grass, Jacuzzi spa, and BBQ. Overall one of the best places we have stayed at.

Perfect rental house

This house was a wonderful home away from home. All of the beds were so comfortable, on the firm side how I like it. Bed linens were so soft and towels were fluffy and clean. The backyard and hot tub were a great place to hang out and offered a lot of privacy. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the equipment you need to cook meals. There was plenty of soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, hand sanitizer, etc. If you don't need to be right on the strip, this is the place to come! You get SO much more than you would at a hotel, and we had a great time checking out Water Street that is very close by. I highly recommend this rental and would personally love to come back when visiting fabulous Las Vegas.

Great location

Our family of 6 stayed here when we visited the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West. It was a great location. We enjoyed watching the sunsets out back. Communication through texting with the owner was great. We really appreciated that the bathrooms and laundry room were stocked since we didn't bring much with us on our flight. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Great house

Overall, this house was great. The only two issues were that some of the furniture was different than what was pictured (which wasn't a huge deal but the items that had been changed are not as nice as the ones pictures) and the tile floor was dirty. Everything else was cleaned well and it had clearly been vacuumed but the floor definitely needed to be mopped as well.
