The host and property were amazing! Perfect for a small group stay in the Vegas area that isn't too far away from the strip but not too close to have the noise of the city. Perfect relaxing home to return you from a night out.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were heated and the property was very clean. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was easy to reach and very quick to respond to my messages. I put the property in my favorites and will try to book again next time in Vegas.

The host had great communication and responded promptly when messaged about an empty propane tank for the barbecue. The pool is roomy but not as big as the pictures make it look. There is also no pool cleaner/vacuum, so there was a lot of leaves and debris in the pool. Despite going over the instructions multiple times, we could never get the hot tub to turn on. Furniture in the living room is dated/stained, if new furniture is not purchased, then I would say they definitely need to be steam cleaned. The number one thing that affected our opinion of the house was the beds. The beds were very springy and uncomfortable. Every morning we woke up with back and shoulder aches.
