Guestbook comments from the owner

Leaving this "Little Bit O Heaven" with a feeling of peacefulness. The serenity here is a thousand fold. We have walked amd talked and reminisced,... filled our tummies with good food..inhaled our surroundings-- rejoiced in the beauty and the quiet. Afraid we must return because it felt so good.

What a beautiful cabin! It had everything we needed. Secluded but close town. We loved it!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here! The patio was fantastic for basking in the sun and making group dinners. We loved the remote feel of the cabin, and the ability to walk to town. We enjoyed the access to Spring Creek Trail as well as all the amenities in the cabin. We will be back! Thank you Stephanie for the hospitality!

Serene, relaxing, and cozy cabin in the woods next to a babbling brook.

  • 5 of 5

The cabin is exactly what is pictured. It was nice for the family to get out in nature and feel secluded by nature but also close to hiking trails, shopping, and our favorite tubing. The cabin has everything you need and the deck out back is beautiful. We had no problem finding it with Stephanie's great directions and she also called and left a message to make sure we got in ok.

If you are looking to get away and be close to nature but do not want to camp this is the place! We had a wonderful time.

quite relaxing creekside, highly recommended for those wishing to watch the clouds and stars, and take in moose, bears and wildlife while being a ~10 minute walk to "old town"

Charming perfection!

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at this beautifully situated cabin was truly a forever favorite! It is cozy, quiet, and incredibly peaceful. We loved sitting out on the deck along the creek. The sounds of nature were cathartic. The cabin has everything you could possibly need or want! The beds are so comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and the hiking trail is a hop, skip, and a jump away! We WILL be back!

Best little cabin in Colorado

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this lovely cabin for a long weekend away from Denver. It truly is a gem and feels like a true home rather than a rental. Our two little girls ages 1.5 and 3.5 loved the gentle stream running nearby and played on it's banks nearly every day. The hiking/biking trail is perfect for a family or dog lovers. We sat on the back deck every morning and night and could hear the stream as we were falling asleep in our beds in the loft. It is close to town but you would never know it! We will definitely be back

June 2017 stay at the cabin

  • 5 of 5

My reviews are becoming redundant. We always have a great time at the cabin and this year was no different. The cabin is always clean and presentable when we arrive. The weather was fantastic (upper 70's) and it chills down nicely every night. Thank you again Stephanie for your hospitality. John & Marion
