GARRARD'S RETREAT is situated in a Georgian Building overlooking Catherine Place, a charming square at the top of the magical lane called Margaret's Buildings that lies between two of Baths most famous architectural sites, The Circus and The Royal Crescent.
This beautiful lower ground floor apartment offers a light and airy double bedroom with king bed and patio doors leading to a small patio area with a bistro table for two.
With marble floors, the lounge and dining room are full of natural light and offer seating for 4 people. A Smart TV and a Bluetooth stereo speaker are available, along with dining table.
The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
The bathroom comprises a bath with a shower over, sink and toilet and a heated towel rail for toasty towels.
Best of all, you are only a downhill stroll to fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops - with the Jane Austen Centre and Assembly Rooms close by and a little further will take you to the Roman Baths and the Thermae Bath Spa.
Remember that you are almost next door to the Royal Crescent, where it world famous Royal Crescent Hotel also offers a fabulous spa - as well as fine dining.
