Completely Renovated And Beautifully Furnished Condo In Delray Beach...

Completely remodeled modern condo with brand new furniture. Lake view, new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer, flatscreen TV's, wi-fi internet in the unit. Delray Racquet Club is a resort style community with 2 swimming pools, spa, gym and tennis courts. Cable TV, water and electric included in the rent. Centrally located east of I-95, 1 mile to the beach and 5 minutes to Atlantic Ave restaurants and shops!

Minimum stay of 30 days. For bookings in high season (Dec to March) minimum stay of 2 months required. No pets and no smoking allowed. Cleaning fee of $150 will apply per stay. Rentals are subject to Association approval, a fee of $150 is charged per person on approval application.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
