Our host was very accommodating and it was a lovely experience. The townhouse was very neat and clean. Also, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shopping (Trader Joes, Fresh Market, Nordstrom Rack, Sephora, Lulu Lemon and more).

This rental was 5 star all the way. Super clean, accommodations were up to date and communication with owner was very easy. Great location and close to downtown Delray and Boca. If you are a college family visiting your kids at FAU this rental is perfect for you. We had a blast and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The rental is very spacious and there are a lot of thoughtful touches throughout - beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. the owners were very responsive. Great experience!

Wonderful stay in Delray

We really enjoyed our stay in Delray. The pool was fantastic, the townhouse was spacious and great for our family group. Communication was wonderful and we will definitely look for this location again on future trips!

Excellent Well Kept Property

The house was beautiful, has all the amenities you could ever need and very close to shopping and the beach. Would highly recommend the property and the owners. They were very communicative and attentive. The washer drain pump went out during our stay and they made sure it got fixed promptly. Would highly recommend spending your vacay here!

Booked this property for my partner to spend time with his kids in town for a month. Spacious 3 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood. Property was conveniently located near tons of restaurants. Easy access to beach and I95.

Top quality

We would stay here again....they have everything needed for a fantastic beach vacation! Looked just as the pictures and everything was so clean. Home is close to everything, pool, beach, dining. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Myself and two buddies came down for a fishing trip. Communication with Alan before our trip was very clear and understanding of our late arrival day of check in. Located in a great area close to everything. Never had to wait more than 10 to have an Uber driver there to pick us up. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house & location

The house is very clean, spacious and well equipped. They have everything for the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, kids toys, etc.). The neighbourhood is quiet and very nice. Short drive to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great stay and had everything we needed.

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful time! Great little house in a very nice neighborhood that is great for walking. Short 5 minute drive to a public beach and very close driver to grocery stores and other restaurants. House was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Property very spacious. Clean. Neighbors very friendly introducing themselves. Had an issue with leaky toilet, contacted owner and it was fixed within 2 hours. Would stay there again.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay here in Delray very much. It was perfect for our needs, and wish we could have stayed even longer! Alan was readily available when things like the alarm system and locks were compromised by accident. Thank you!

Just as advertised

The owner could not have been nicer. Great communication, especially when we accidentally set off the home alarm three times when we arrived. The neighbors and police were super nice as well ha ha Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the home, location and owners.

Clean and comfortable home. Very responsive owners with very easy to follow instructions. One slight downside, mattress in master bedroom was too soft.

Beautiful condo

Immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. Beautiful area as well. Owner was very accessible and accommodating. Our only complaint was that the ad is a bit misleading and doesnt state clearly that this is a condo with neighbors connected on both sides.

The house was located in a great location. Close to restaurants, 10 min from nightlife (Atlantic ave). We had a wonderful vacation here! Everything was great. The hosts were very attentive. We had a fun time at the beaches, local attractions and pool. (Hint: to access pool, press down on the tall pole on the gate.) We loved every minute! Thank you so much for everything!!!

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are just a little over a mile to the closest public beach, and two and a half miles to the busy Atlantic Avenue. The house is walking distance to shops, grocery, and restaurants. The townhouse is equipped with all you would need to enjoy some time away, including wifi and cable.
