Modernized property w fab new appliances and wonderful art. The beach pass is the key - I wouldn’t come again without it. AC not working when we left and the Internet service has a mind of its own. If you require internet for insulin shots, you might look at another property. Sorry, but this was a medical negative for us. Otherwise, the house was GREAT!

From the moment we stepped through the door it looked like an interior decorator. Just finished this contemporary beach, Villa steps from the sand shopping and amazing restaurants. I love this place. I’ll be back again if I recommend it which I would highly, I may never get a chance to rent again. The host answered all of my questions and I really wanted to rent the golf cart they had but unfortunately, we did not have time but still so much fun and very relaxing the pictures do not do it justice. Enjoy.

This is the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful beach and lively downtown of Delray Beach. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. The beach pass provided was a huge benefit with chairs and umbrella. This was our third time staying at this beautiful beach cottage and first time since the renovations. We love the location, easy walk to the beach and Atlantic Ave. They have everything you need for the beach and the place has plenty of space. We loved this house before and now it looks even better with beautiful recent renovations. We highly recommend!
