Welcome to Sunrise Village!

There isn`t a balcony closer to the water than there are here at Sunrise Village! 1 of 4 beach front condos in the condo complex. The Sunrise Village Community is a small 36 unit complex with direct entrances, free parking, and a pool! With a private entrance, you walk straight down the stairs to the sand! The convenience and ease of going from the condo to the sand every day can not be duplicated!

This condo is just the right size for couples or families that enjoy being on the beach. 2 bedroom 1 bath and has sleeping for up to 6 guests in this nicely furnished condo. Relax on the beach or take a dip in the pool - you can`t go wrong! The kitchen and living room overlook the beach and have access to your private porch. The kitchen is stocked with all of the dishes and cookware you will need to prepare meals during your stay. The living room has plenty of seating and the sofa pulls out into a sleeper for extra sleeping. We have also added a washer and dryer to make your stay more comfortable. Bedroom 1 features a queen sized bed and has a private closet. The second bedroom is complete with a queen size bed as well. The bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV`s!

Parking space (for two cars back to back) is located below the condo. Vehicles that are oversized will not fit in the parking spot. No trailers, high top vans, boats, or the like are allowed on the premises. Vans that have roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces

This is a strictly non-smoking property, You must be 25 years old to book and occupy this property, no exceptions.

Chair and Umbrella rental is availiable through Suncoast Beach Service.

Great place on the beach

The place and area was great to stay at. It was really nice to stare at the beach from the patio and to be able to walk directly on it from your room. The place was nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Nice condo, great view from deck, right on beach, it is small but good for us, everything as described, but you netter drive a small vehicle, parking spot is small, but highly recommend staying there

Great place to stay and great place to go.

We went to Gulf Shores for the first time last July and stayed at Sunrise Beach condos and enjoyed it so much we repeated it all this year and we are going to do it again next year. We find new things every time we go there.

Perfect location right on the beach

My husband and I stayed at sunrise village and loved it! The unit is small but has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The washer and dryer were a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed it, One miner Suggestion: would be great if enogh toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels etc. would be available so these items don't need to be bought in larger quantities

Festival weekend

The view from this place is incredible. If you’re looking to be right on the ocean, right on the sand, this is your spot! I wouldn’t recommend having more than 4 adults as the condo is very small but the space is used well and comfortable. Kitchen is a great size and easy to cook anything your heart desires. Be sure to bring your own oil, seasonings and condiments as there is nothing like that in the condo. We also brought extra paper towels and TP that was recommended from another reviewer. Our favorite part was drinking coffee in the morning and having a glass of wine in the evening on the deck with the most amazing view of the Gulf!

Good location so-so rental

The location of the property was wonderful. My opinion about the property itself, not so great. My big issue is the listing was very misleading. The pics showed much much bigger rooms. We were there for seven days and had no place for clothes. Had to pack and unpack every day. Property is not for a family of 4 . It says it sleeps 6? The living room fan light came on and went off by itself. I stayed in a few VRBO properties and this is the first that didn’t have enough room in the bedrooms for real beds. The sleeper couch was so terrible. The location on the beach was worth the money. The property was not even close being worth the money. Also I have never stayed at a VRBO property where we had to purchase paper towels, toilet paper and such to get through our stay. Would I stay here again? I would stay in that area again, yes. At that propert, no!

Clean and comfortable

Our stay here was great! I loved how clean and comfortable it was. These was no smell some places may have. It smelled and looked clean. The beds were very very comfortable, I couldnt wait to get into that bed LOL. My boys beds were also very comfortable. The condo had all your basic essentials but, one thing I wish it had was more storage, that was our biggest challenge because the condo is small. There was no where to put our clothes so they stayed in our suitcases. Also, I wish they provided maybe some beach chairs, that would have been really awesome! We didn't want to have to buy chairs just for the stay, not a big deal just would have been really nice. The view was awesome! And the dolphins in the morning and evening was a really nice to see. Im going to miss sitting on the balcony at night and hearing the waves crashing and the stars shining!

Great place to get away!!

Our family loved this place. Very clean and cute. We had plenty of room for our family of five. Having coffee then walking to the beach was our morning routine. Located by everything you would need, peace and quiet, action, ice cream, tons of food choices, and a place to make memories. We would for sure go back to this exact spot!!!

Awesome place

Overall this place was awesome. Beach front condo, literally just had to walk down the stairs and I was stepping on sand. Had breakfast and dinner from the balcony several times with a perfect view of the beach. With a convenient store across the street but the condo away from traffic at the same time. Would recommend to family and friends. If I come back to gulf shores anytime soon I would get the same place. I didn't really chat much with the owner but because it was so simple and easy. The condo was nice and clean. It has just about everything you would have in your own home. Couldn't ask for a more perfect spot to spent vacation. Awesome place!!
