2 Bedroom/2 Bath direct oceanfront condo on 3rd floor of building with unobstructed views. Recently renovated in 2014, and renovated the kitchen (2017) and installed new pillowtop king bed in master bedroom in 2017. Heated community pool, tennis courts and undeveloped beach for 1/3 mile north of unit. Completely furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
This is a beautiful unit is in the Ocean Towers development in Jensen Beach, Florida. Just a few miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway, with great shopping, dining and nightlife in downtown Jensen and just a bit farther to Stuart, Florida. Quiet location, with a well run Homeowner's Association. The beach is gorgeous, and mostly undeveloped. The unit has two flat screen TV's with HD programming, high speed internet for your use, and we supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Bring your bicycles, as there is an outdoor bike rack for security and then you can bike all the way to Ft. Pierce if you like.
This unit has been in our family since it was built and we use it often when not rented. We are sure you will enjoy your stay.. Again a reminder that minimum rental is 30 days, and pets are not allowed per HOA rules.

Final note, no motorcycles or pickup trucks without a tonneau cover are allowed to park on the facility, as well as camper vans/RVs or trailers. Not available every year during Jan-Mar and Nov-Dec

Nice condo

The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The pool and beach are clean and quiet. A car is hempful as Publix is 5 miles but they deliver for a small fee.The beach is good walking at low tide but the heavy surf could be dangerous to non-swimmers. The sidewalks are libed with flowers and hedges and greay for walking. Nettles Island has a nice little store 1/2 mile away with nice Hershey icecream. Other residents are friendly. Lots of books here and in the clubhouse. Pickleball paddles and balls would be useful on the 2 tennis courts. Overall a nice place.

Perfect stay.

Perfect stay at Ocean Towers on Hutchinson Island South. We had everything we needed for our stay, beach, pool, washer dryer, confortable condo. Short walk to a restaurant or short drive into town. We had fun trying out multiple restaurants and beaches. Had a great time on a thanksgiving evening dinner cruise. Totally satisfied and highly recommended.

We inherited this unit from my parents who bought it for their retirement home. After they passed we completely renovated the unit and now use it for our vacations as well.
