It is a perfect spot for what I needed with amazing views! Small and cozy for 1 or 2 people with great views of the ocean so sunrises was great to watch. You are an easy short walk to the beach and pool. The host was very responsive and considerate as they were doing construction when I was there but it wasn't too distracting for me.
