Not too appealing
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Staff was very friendly. This was our first time in the miramar/destin area. The unit was not very clean...there was hair on our linen and really gritty floors so they came and cleaned and gave us fresh linens. The unit in general was not in a clean and nice looks old and outdated. Buildup and crud in the corners of the walls(especially by tub), paint discoloration as if someone sprayed something and the color is running down the walls. The main bed is really hard and ton of dust on the ceiling fan(I had to stand on the bed to pull the light cord and i saw the dust). Couch is very stained and worn out so I literally sat at the kitchen table. On their site it shows a leather one but this one was cloth material. If you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head and plan to not be in the unit... .you may not care but I'm a visual person and I just couldn't get comfortable because it just didn't seem too clean. Easy access to the beach....just walk across the parking lot.
