Rare Jewel

This is a rare find. Full comfy house with beautiful private outdoor space and pool great for entertaining your family and friends. Perfect location. Very close and accessible to EVERYTHING Atlanta has to offer while providing a secluded peaceful retreat in an upscale community, when you want to rest and be away from it all. Lovely Host that goes above and way beyond.

Great staycation in Atlanta area!

Thoughtfully designed and executed product. The host is very attentive and focused on making sure the experience is only first class. The amenities of the property particularly the heated outdoor pool, fire pit experience, fire place and full gym were fantastic for our staycation during the Thanksgiving week!

Great Atlanta Retreat Experience

My group was looking for a very convenient, clean and unique place to go near downtown Atlanta. This home was in GREAT condition, very clean and very functional for our group. The pool and outside amenities were amazing, and we even heated the pool in the middle of October and enjoyed it, along with the hot tub. Todd was a GREAT host as well, making sure we had everything we needed. Todd was also very helpful in finding the best places to eat and enjoy the Buckhead area. This is most definitely a 5-star experience and we would rent it again in the future, with no hesitation. Thanks Todd!!

This home is unique in that it is a true 4/4 Ranch with great open layout , private oasis in the back yard and unique features throughout. Unique services such as Massage Therapy - provided by Georgia Spinal Health & Wellness Licensed massage therapists www.georgiaspinal.com Ashford Park is a VERY sought after neighborhood in Buckhead / Brookhaven. It is a safe and friendly neighborhood community that has wide streets, uniquely different architecturally designed homes on large sized lots with privacy, tall trees and beautiful landscaping. Ashford Park is close to all conveniences yet removed from all the hustle and bustle. This rental home provides guest much more than just accomodations. It provides a truly relaxing and fun filled vacation experience!!

What makes this property unique

This home is one of the only original homes in the neighborhood that was developed in the 1950's. Architecturally it is a ONE OF A KIND in Ashford park. One drive through the neighborhood and you will understand. The entire home has been renovated on the inside to have all high end finishes and modern conveniences. The "guts" of the house (A/C, tankless hot water heated, roof, flooring, basement) are all new, efficient and built out with nice finishes. Unique specialty services such as Poolside Massage Therapy (under cabana by Licensed Neuromuscular massage therapists - www.Georgiaspinal.com -$115/hr (cash / CC accepted by therapist) inquire with host re bookings). The house has too many unique features to list. Several movie companies have inquired about shooting in my back yard (due to its uniqueness!). Several "A" list celebrities choose to stay here when in Atlanta! It would be comparable to renting your own private high end boutique hotel!!!
