This vintage 1940’s bungalow (approx 1,000 SF) is located in Brookhaven, one of Atlanta’s safest and most desirable neighborhoods. Minutes from Buckhead, restaurants and shopping including Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Walk to Starbucks along the quiet streets of this popular neighborhood.

Tastefully decorated with attention to every detail. Brand new white kitchen with blue glass subway tile and all new appliances. Kitchen island with beautiful Greek marble countertop seats 4.

Open floor plan with comfortably and elegantly furnished living room. White slipcovered furniture, down/feather sofa pillows, and a new 58 inch Samsung Smart TV. Fresh and clean bathrooms with marble tile floors and plush white towels. Newly refinished hardwood floors throughout.

2 Bedrooms - 1 King, and 1 Queen with 3rd bedroom that serves as laundry/dressing room. Luxury hotel bedding (white cotton percale sheets - our personal favorite) and down pillows.

Clean, clean, clean! Washable white cotton slipcovers are also covered with cotton Turkish throws and/or white linen covers that we wash between every guest. Crisp white embroidered King duvet cover and shams also laundered every time of course!

Guests are required to pay housecleaning services every two weeks. This helps us keep the cottage fresh and clean - a priority to us. We arrange this with our trusted cleaning team and request reimbursement through VRBO when the cleaning has been completed.

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis - please inquire. Small dogs under 40 lbs preferred with some exceptions for older, quiet dogs! Pet fee applies.

Children - the cottage is not child-proofed and has been decorated with adults in mind. For example, the coffee table has a glass top. Please inquire.

Off-street parking on private driveway - room for 2 cars but 1 is easier (you can't park 2 side by side).
