Just returned from an 11 day stay over Christmas and New Years (Calgary, Canada), with wife and 2 kids (12, 17). Have to say this property was awesome, very large place with all the amenities and accessories needed. Everything is in good working condition such as the stove, dishwasher, fridge/ice maker, washer, dryer, TVs, etc. The pool and jacuzzi hot hub worked very well, totally private and plenty of sun, this was our biggest deciding factor when choosing this place, we had some great days and evening out there!! The location and neighborhood is prime, with lots of great food and shopping close by. The owner, Jill Brown, was nothing but accommodating and a pleasure to deal with and communicate with, we truly appreciate her sharing her home with us and would recommend this place if you are looking for something large, private and a great back yard and pool. We will stay here again when we plan our next trip to Orlando!!

Lovely home!

This was such a lovely home to stay at. Property was great, big, nice and clean. We will definitely stay at this property again. Pool and spa were lovely. Nice big patio where we spent every evening enjoying the Florida weather.Jill was very easy to communicate with. The property managers were also great to deal with.

Fantastic!!

Love this home!! We will definitely come stay again. The home had so much space for our group, the kids loved the pool and loved the hot tub, we didn’t do pool heat but the hot tub does get nice an hot which was nice at night. There are plenty of towels and a good game area in the garage with some strollers and high chair which came in handy with our little one. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Owners would respond to messages in a timely manner. All I can say is our stay was amazing!

Jill was a fantasic host . Comms with her was fantastic from when we booked right through to when we was there . The house even though wasnt discribed as disabled freindly my daughter managed to use the whole house . Couldnt get the grandkids out of the pool after a day in the parks . She left us short cuts to go to places which saved us alot of time driving . Very easy to get to and in a quiet area which is a bonus . If i go back ill be booking with her again. 5 star service

Florida stay

for the most part it was a perfect setting for our vacation, the only problem we had -- not enough basic supplies for 9 night stay with 10 people. We purchased toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and other items that should have been available, from our stay with other vacation rentals. The weather turned so we did not get to use the pool, no fault of anyone!! :) Also we did cook a few meals and no pan large enough to boil water to cook noodles -- that would have been handy, since the house does hold a lot of guests. BUT other than that we LOVED it.

A favorite for our family!

We will definitely be coming back here! We rent a home in the Orlando area every summer for our family, including our 3 children. This home was our favorite! When we arrived, we found two boxes of popsicles for the kids, which was so sweet! The kids ran off to find the rooms they wanted to stay in, and spent the first evening playing with all of the toys and dress up costumes! They were thrilled, and we were happy they were busy so we had time to unpack and relax. The house was well equipped, with everything we needed. There were lots of pool toys/inflatables, towels (including many beach towels), dishes (including lots of plastic dishes for the kids), blankets, pillows, etc. The pool is the best, with complete privacy from any neighbors. I appreciate that the spa gets nice and hot. I don’t have any complaints at all about the home or the property. Any questions I had were promptly replied to, and both checking in and check out were simple. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with my family! We can’t wait for the next time!

Awesome House-Great location

Couldn't have asked for a better house or a better location. We were in town for The Spring Games in Clermont. This location was perfect distance to the games and to Disney/Universal. The owner was very quick to respond as well as the property manager. We had 9 people and still had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again next year! Highly recommend!

Orlando hidden gem

From start to finish we had a great experience with the owner, Jill. She was a great communicator and ensured that we had the best possible visit. Once we arrived at the house we instantly felt like we were at home. The house was fully furnished with no detail left unturned. Everything we needed or even some of the things we didn’t think to bring were there. The house was immaculate. During uncertain times it’s nice to know that cleanliness is a priority and this house was spotless and all precautions due to Covid were taken. The pool area was more than we could have ever imagined. We had our own private pool and hot tub for our enjoyment. My son thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was super convenient as they had tons of tables and chairs out there to facilitate outside living at its finest. We ate most of our meals outside at the large table and enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and the weather. The house was well furnished with every room having everything and anything you could possibly want/need. We really enjoyed the air hockey and pool table out in the garage when the weather was rainy outside. Kept us entertained for sure. The location and proximity of the house is conducive to adventures (Disney, Sea world, legoland, Icon Park, etc) and close to restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend going to Icon Park and checking out the Wheel and the wax museum. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and a better owner to work with. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jill’s beautiful home. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to build memories with their family in a safe, clean, and well appointed home. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks.

Everything you need!!

Great stay, house had everything you would need!! Pool light went out, messaged Jill...next day pool guy was there to replace light...thats service!! Wasn't really expecting a fix just wanted to inform someone it was out..pleasantly surprised! Same day the "pool boy" was there too check water and then skimmed entire pool! House was clean and spacious..we had 9 adults and plenty of room!! Ample plates, silverware, cups, linens, towels, etc... I only felt bad cause we ran out of tide pods and left all our towels in laundry room to be washed, sorry! Nothing wrong with house at all!! Oh trash day is Thursday, thought I would have to take bins to street, but someone did it for us. I cant imagine any complaints from staying here due to house or management! Only complaint, some dished were put away dirty, probably from guest before us???

We stayed here for our family vacation and it was excellent! The property owner was great from the beginning with communication. The property had everything we needed and more. The property was extremely clean and the amenities, such as the pool table and air hockey table were fantastic! We really loved the pool too! Everything in the house worked and looked as indicated on the pictures and not once, did we need to call for maintenance. The property is close to all major eateries. If you are looking for a great place to stay, we would highly recommend this property.

Jill's house in Legacy Park is great. The house is extremely well stocked with everything you would ever need. The neighborhood is very welcoming and the corner lot allows for beautiful sunsets! We definitely would rent this property again!

Holiday Getaway

We decided to take a last minute trip and we were very happy with our stay. The house was spacious and backyard was lovely. The house was stocked with kitchen ware, bedding and even games and puzzles. The host was great and easy to contact. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were friendly. Would highly recommend this property.
