Our apartment is very cozy, and it's perfect for work or leisure. It's located in Recoletos, a central neighborhood in the heart of Salamanca.

We are located in the most gastronomical high-end street of Salamanca. Parque "El Retiro" is just a few blocks from the premises as well.

We can fit 2 guests very comfortably in the master room. The living room sofa becomes a bed and could fit 2 more guests, preferable children, if requested.

We had a great time. The apartment was well appointed and centrally located for our needs. It was also near the park for daily runs. The host was helpful and everything went according to plan. It can technically sleep four but the living area couch is more the size of a love seat and would be challenging for two adults to share. Overall, we would recommend it and stay there again if visiting.

Overall satisfactory lodging with excellent location fourth floor walk up within an elevator. Had some trouble with the key to the building initially, but the host helped me troubleshoot it. Very compact accommodation, but had everything we needed. Had a very musty smell in the bathroom that couldn’t figure out.

Great property! A bit on the small side for a family of four with 2 children. The sofa bed was small for an 11 yr old and a 13 year old to share. Great location and beautifully decorated.

Great location, would have been nice to have gotten instructions on what to do with trash, how to use the washing machine, and that there is no dryer. The place is excellent, quiet, clean, and in a good area. It’s small for more than two people but very comfortable.

Convenient and Comfy

Excellent apartment that was just right for myself. Checking in was a little off only because I could not call to get building door unlocked, but otherwise, this would have been a seamless, contactless check-in. The apartment was conveniently located near public transportation and a shopping. It was super comfy for myself, and I loved having use of the kitchen appliances. I would definitely stay her again.

Great experience in Madrid

Clean, trendy, cozy place ro stay. Very easy to connect and communicate with the nice host. Location is great too, walking some tourist attractions, grocery store and public tranait. The space is small, can only comfortably accomodate a couple. However, every inch of space is thougtfully made most of. The tiny lift is a great help for guest with luggages. I would strongly reccomend it to other guests. Thank you, the host.

The property was a little bit small for family of four, however for two travelers, I imagine, it should be a great place to stay and explore the city of Madrid. It’s in a great location and you’re not short of finding a good restaurant or café in just a walking distance. Also it is very close to the metro station. Having elevator was a plus for travelers with luggage. However it was a smallest elevator I have ever seen but it was working and that’s the important part. The building itself is a little bit old but overall it was functional. If you’re coming with a car there are multiple parking garages in the area but they are relatively expensive. overall I would recommend this place for one or two travelers (not more) who wants to explore the city using public transportation.

We had a lovely stay. The residence is centrally located in a very nice area. Great places to eat! A very nice coffee shop is located half a block away and we were close to metro stops. A very convenient location to visit many of wonderful sites in Madrid.

No es lo que muestran en el anuncio Mi experiencia en este alojamiento no fue la mejor. Lo elegí porque en el mapa de Expedia aparecía a solo 3 minutos a pie del lugar donde tenía reuniones, pero al llegar me di cuenta de que estaba en una ubicación diferente, a unos 20 minutos más lejos. Esto es engañoso y deberían corregirlo para no confundir a los huéspedes. Además, el piso tiene un olor bastante desagradable, como a tuberías o incluso a orina, tanto en los pasillos como dentro del apartamento. Parece que intentan cubrirlo con ambientadores, pero la mezcla de olores lo hace aún más fuerte y extraño. Otro punto engañoso es que en la descripción mencionan que tiene dos dormitorios, cuando en realidad solo hay uno. Esto es un detalle importante que deberían aclarar. La comunicación con el host fue complicada. Aunque envían instrucciones, algunas son incorrectas (por ejemplo, la clave para entrar al piso o la clave del wifi ). Cuando intenté contactar al anfitrión, su actitud no fue amable, daba respuestas poco colaborativas y parecía molesto. Por último, el checkout fue una experiencia incómoda. Aunque la hora de salida era a las 11:00, comenzaron a tocar el timbre insistentemente desde las 10:45. A las 11:00 volvieron a insistir y, aunque solo me demoré 10 minutos en salir, hicieron todo un problema con la excusa de que ya tenían otro huésped esperando. En general, la falta de amabilidad del host hizo que la estadía fuera incómoda. No recomendaría este alojamiento.

Pero de lo que pensabamos

Buenas fuimos ayer con mi marido ,mi hermano ,mi hija de 5 años y mi perro westy de 10kilos.Para el tema de la comunicación con el dueño del piso nos costó que nos llamaría y enterarnos de como conseguir entrar al piso, vamos que el no te entrega las llaves en mano.Despues de eso el piso donde estábamos ubicados el portal olía a pis y estaba mojado por todos los rincones.A parte la ubicación a los lados no era el que marca en el mapa.Y si fuera poco en una noche tuvimos dos bichos que aparecieron porai.A parte de eso el retrete era tan pequeño que como eras un poco grande no te puedes ni sentar.Las fotos del apartamento parecen mas grandes de lo que realmente es.Para pagar casi 300euros es un cuchitril.la entrada era a las 15 de la tarde y salíamos a las 11 de la mañana.ni 24h para lo que pagamos.a parte de eso le comentamos al chico a ver si no tenía a nadie el domingo si podríamos salir unas horas más tarde y su respuesta fue cojonuda.nos dijo que pagaríamos otra noche y que nos hacía el 20% de descuento....si no hemos estado ni 24h!pues bueno para terminar os dire que el sofa cama que tenian era muy pequeño e incomodo.ese mini estudio es para una o dos personas no para 4.no se lo recomiendo a nadie.no merece nada la pena para lo que pagas.incómodo y que ese mini por los todlados
