CASA NOSTRA is a beautiful and elegant apartment.

The house was planned and built in the 60's by our father, a neapolitan architect who chose this place as his "(buen retiro) / locus amoenus" driven by his love for the sea and for the beauties of the coastal. The house is therefore finely furnished and gathers paintings, books and pieces of furniture tastefully collected during a lifetime.
The home comprises three floors. On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, of which one with two beds and the other with a double one, and a bathroom. Both the rooms open on a furnished porch. The first floor consists of a functional equipped kitchen and of a restful living room. This floor opens on a blooming terrace, which is furnished and from which one can enjoy an astonishing view going from the Praianese coast, vanishing into the blue of the sea and the sky, grasping the horizon from the islands of Li Galli and of La Balena , till the rock of Germano, and eventually closing on the lush coastal overlooking the sea and the "cascade" of houses of il fornillo. On the third floor there are other two cozy double bedrooms (one double and the other one with two single beds) with a bath. The breath taking landscape can be admired again both from these two rooms and by moonlight from the upper terrace.

The guest can reach the apartment by car or public bus (SITA bus stop is far 200 meters). My suggestions is to use taxi or bus because the traffic is very chaotic and free parking is absolutely impossible. Parking against payment (very expensive) is possible nearby (about 500 meters)
The home is located in Via Marconi 122 (Statale Amalfitana SS164) but on Google Map the street number is 154. It is an ideal location, very central in Positano, markets which offer home delivery, shops, pharmacy and restaurants are at walking distance. The home is far from center (Piazza dei Mulini) only 500 meters, to reach the main beach
It takes about 10-15 minutes on foot following the main road; from there It is possible to take a ferry for several localities.
Concerning the possibility of reaching our place by public means of transport, a few meters away there is a SITA bus stop, whereas just next to it there is one of the bus stops of the inner line of Positano.
The beach and the harbor are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). From there, the guess can easily rich by boats the amazing Amalfi (in 30 hour), Capri (in 1hours), Nerano (in 40 min) and the island of the Galli in front of Positano (in 20 min).

TOURIST TAX
The tax will be applied to overnight accomodation of non-resident guests in Positano, from 1st April to 301th October. The tax rate of this tourist accomodation is € 1.5 per person, per night.

House Rules
• Do not switch on dishwasher, electric oven and washing machine at the same time
• Do not throw waste in the toilets
• "Stuffed" dining room chairs should not be exposed to the sun and rain
• In case of rain, make sure there are no cushions or fabric chairs on the terrace
• Do not leave food residues on the ground or around, they could attract insects, especially ants, during hot days they are very aggressive
• respect the sorted waste, in particular the organic leftovers
• After 11 o'clock in the evening, on the terrace it is a good rule to speack quietly, so as not to disturb the neighbors
• Pay attention to children when they are on the terrace
• In case you break some objects (dish or glass) it is a good rule to notify Maria Dolores before leaving the house, so that she can replace it before the guests arrive
• The check-in is from 2 to 8 pm. In case it happens after 8 pm the guest is required to pay 10 euros for every hour of delay
• It is a good rule to decrease or turn off air conditioning when the guests are outside
