We have contact-less Check-in. THERE IS NO KITCHEN however we have an area for making simple meals with cooking appliances and we do the dishes. This is a very nice 2 Bedroom, 1 bath home in the Paso Robles Wine Country with over 400 wineries. We are centrally located to all Wineries in the Paso Robles Region. We are minutes to our beautiful picturesque downtown square where we have a variety of fine restaurants, shops, bars, wine bars and businesses designed to create a wonderful experience.

Our home sits atop a hill with views to the east. Our rooms are tastefully decorated and we have the ability to accommodate up to six guests *(Additional Fee over 4 persons of $25.00 per person per day up to two additional guests) with a Sofa Bed for groups over 4..

The entrance is on the main floor. The owners have a separate entrance to this split level home.

The Main floor has two full bedrooms with Cal King beds. Each room has a Microwave, Small Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Flat Screen TV , WiFi and plenty of closet space. The home has no kitchen access however the rooms have plenty of dishes, glasses and eating utensils for a quick snack or meal.

The shared bathroom is beautifully decorated with two sinks and bathtub shower combination. The living area is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful front yard view with redwoods, tall pines and beautiful green grass. The living room is fully furnished with another flat screen TV for guests to gather.

Perfect for friends and more

It's located just minutes from the downtown core.. making the trip so much better. We traveled with another couple, and the setup with the rooms was perfect. Easy access, easy parking, comfortable setting. Appreciate the listing, the cordial owners and great communication. This opened up more on our always growing bucket list!

Charming place for our weekend getaway

Michael and Linny are excellent hosts. They respond to communications within minutes, the place was so clean and had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable. It's only 5 minutes to Paso downtown and very close to a lot of wineries and touristic attractions like Sensorio. Thank you for all the recommendations, we had a great time!

Quiet, comfortable, attention to detail

The location was lovely. Very quiet with a nice deck to drink coffee and hear the birds every morning. The kitchen/living room area was perfect for our combination of early risers and those who wanted to sleep in. The beds were incredibly comfortable as was the couch. It was apparent that a lot of thought had been put into every little detail. Much better than a hotel. We would definitely stay again!

Great place / Excellent location

We arrived with a group of 4 adults and we were all very comfortable. A very clean place with a nice set up that allowed for some privacy at night. It was strange at first without a kitchen sink but seeing as all the conveniences were taken care of, we adjusted to it very quickly. The nice view out of the picture window from the master bedroom topped it off. We would surely rebook in the future and we highly recommend this rental. Great response from the owner when we had questions as well. Bravo!

Paso Robles Ordeal

To begin, we didn't receive the address of the property until the day before we arrived.The owner's phone number wasn't included. Upon arriving, I was knocking on the door to find out how we get a key with no success. Immediately, my phone rang. It was the owner saying the info was on the vrbo website. I had checked Vrbo before we left Reno and it wasn't there. A couple of additional things, first it was 104 degrees that day, Once inside I tried to lower the room temperature, but couldn't. The owner has it setup so no one can make adjustments to the thermostat. Also, the property portfolio pictures show this great view of the valley below, but don't miss the tiny print on the bottom left of that page. It states it's the view from one of the bedroom windows. I thought it was the view from the deck at the rear of the house. What the owner has done, is boarded up all the windows on that side of the house, installed drapes to cover up the boards and locked an access door to the rear deck. The owners live in the lower half of the house and I assume they climb the stairs and use that upper deck for themselves. To me those view pictures in their advertisement is a deliberate ploy to deceive potential tenants. Finally, they have pictures of a beautiful sectional couch in the living room. That couch should be sent to the nearest dump. When you sit in it, your behind sinks to the floor and you'll need help to get out of it. I don't recommend staying here! David Palylyk Reno, NV

BEWARE OF THESE HOSTS -make sure that you are comfortable with them coming into the home during stay

I feel the need to warn people- We booked our reservation back in January & we stayed at this rental in June. In Jan, the host reached out to us asking how many people would be staying and we let them know we were going to have 6 people. The host said “ok” and there was no issue. However, upon driving up to the rental in June (full 5 months later) the host reached out and said that because we have 6 people, that there will be an extra $150 for additional guests. They asked for cash or a check, which was our first red flag. We were confused as the post said it could accommodate up to 6 and didn’t say anything about charging for any guests over 4 (listing has now changed since this incident)When we reached out to the host, they were angry/refused to compromise even though we were already 4 hrs into our 6hr drive. We then contacted VRBO & the agent agreed with us that the listing was misleading. He called the host to see if we can find a solution, but the host then threatened cancel the reservation. The VRBO agent connected us & he yelled at us/told us to stay in a motel. We were there for a wedding and all of the hotels were already booked, so we then had no choice but to be charged $150. Upon arriving, the host came to the door & told us “she was not happy with us” even after we apologized for the miscommunication and tried to extend an olive branch. Also, there were multiple times where the host came into the home when we left the property (the AC would be turned off, the blinds would be closed upon returning, and chairs were moved). We felt like there was a complete breach of privacy & we didn’t feel safe while staying here- especially after incident. Some people aren’t meant to be hosts, & these people definitely should not be as they are unreasonable, extremely unhospitable, and outright mean/aggressive. The stay also shares a wall with the host. There is a literal wooden board that separated our living room from theirs, and we could hear them multiple times throughout the day. Very strange. After checking out, they immediately changed their listing to provide info about the additional fee for over 4 people (we have screenshots to prove this) and lied to VRBO about changing the listing, which further validates our reasoning that they were just trying to get more $ from us. I would STRONGLY advise to not stay here. We just want to protect people from feeling uncomfortable as we did during our stay. We were genuinely anxious the entire time.

Great location!

This place was perfect for our first visit to Paso. We were located close to the downtown dining and some of our favorite wineries. The hosts were responsive and created a perfect space for us for our weekend escape and visit. We will definitely be back!

Very good

Property is great, kitchen was closed for use. However, owners gave us all the appliances. If you don't need to use kitchen, it's a great house. If you need to use kitchen all the time like we had to twice a day for 4 days, it's a little bit inconvenient. However, again, it's a great place in a great location.
