The living/sleeping room is equipped with a double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), a TV, radio, and DVD player. This area leads to the garden through an exit. The open kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, along with a small bar and dining table.

The property has one bathroom with a bath and separate WC on the main level. Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, you'll find an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a rooflight. This level contains two sleeping areas: one room with a single bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) and one room with a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), both with sloping ceilings and rooflights. There is also a separate WC on this floor. The house is heated with electric heating.
