Excellent Location in Kinsale

Cleanliness was excellent, comfy beds and quality bedding . Near to amenities, but in a quiet residential area .Very well equipped especially appreciated the dishwasher and coffee maker. Would definitely recommend .

Ideal location

Great location for a Kinsale visit. Quiet, close to everything, 2 comfortable en suite rooms, well maintained, and the host answered all questions promptly and with care.

Great location - good proximity to downtown. Loved the town! Parking was great. Beds were comfortable. No microwave. No place to use hairdryer within sight of mirror. Coffee pot is an espresso machine that uses coffee pods.

Loved our stay!

This Georgian Townhouse suited our needs entirely. Two very private bedrooms, with very comfortable beds and well equipped ensuites. We were within walking distance to the many attractions Kinsale has to offer including some really terrific restaurants. Catherine was a wonderful hostess and we would highly recommend this lovely property.

A comfortable property in excellent location

A very clean comfortable property. Bedrooms and ensuites excellent. Lounge area could do with upgrade and kitchen has everything except a microwave and most importantly a teapot. Great location short walk to all amenities.

Great house in fantastic location.

A beautiful well presented house in a great location. Very comfortable with a good kitchen. Whilst the cooking equipment was adequate a microwave would be a useful addition. Beds were wonderful and bedrooms spacious with excellent en suite.

Beautiful home in the heart of town

There were four of us travelling together and this home was perfect. We had a wonderful sitting area and kitchen to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Both bedrooms had kingsize comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. They even had laundry. I would stay there again.

Location to center of town is outstanding. Availability of free parking is outstanding. The quite street of the house is very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great for 2 couples.

Had a great time in Kinsale ! Great loca, private outdoor space. Kitchen could use upgrades. But we like to cook, others might not. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Fabulous Kinsale

The property more than met our expectations. It was beautifully furnished, bed and linens luxurious. The property is well located close to the town centre. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to future travelers.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I loved this beautiful property and its surroundings. Kinsale is a wonderful place to visit. Catherine was a wonderful and understanding host who was also able to grant authorization of a later check out. Highly recommended and hope to return in the future. The property is very comfortable.

Perfect place and location

Great location - it was super easy to walk downtown - parking was convenient - right in front of the townhouse. We were super happy with everything -Beyond met our expectations. When i had a question I got an immediate answer ! Highly recommend

Great stay for ladies’ getaway!

Late 50/60/70 yr old ladies couldn’t wait to check out Kinsale. Location is perfection, only slight grades for the most part, short downhill to town center. Kitchen was very modern (no microwave), but you should never make a meal- close by awesome breakfast available. Two bedrooms on 2nd/3rd floors were practically duplicates, comfy beds and clean modern bathrooms. Lots of closet/drawer/cabinet space. Nice outdoor 4-chaired table setting (no firepit anymore). Washer/dryer very useful. Parking easy on street. Uber available during day/ harder at dinner time. Would definitely stay again!

Kinsale At Its Best

Spent 3 days/nights in Kinsale and this house was perfect!! Location is within walking distance to everything, so relax and park that car. Was well stocked with starter items, thank you Catherine, and we had coffee and breakfast here as we started our day. Washer and dryer were great as we were in our second week of travel. Only caveat is that there are stairs to navigate - 16 to first bedroom and another 16 to top level. Luggage was somewhat 'challenging' but good exercise with all we ate and drank in Kinsale. We loved our stay and only wished we could have met Catherine and thanked her in person.
