This converted farmhouse, built in the C19th, is set in beautiful rolling countryside surrounded by vineyards and woodland.
Le Pigeonnier is a delightful holiday home combining the best of ultra modern and French traditional. Downstairs you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room and a light airy comfy lounge with TV/DVD and log burner. When its time for bed, our master bedroom suite awaits with its very comfy bed, soft luxurious bed linen and ultra modern shower room. The second king size bedroom with its additional single bed along with the family shower room is also on the first floor. In the top of the tower you will find the third bedroom that can be set us as twin beds or as a super king - kids love this bedroom!!
The Pigeonnier is 1 of 3 cottages at La Colombiere. Each cottage has its own private terrace and dining area with a shared pool.
The property is well suited for all types of traveler, nestled in a hamlet beside the historic medieval Bastide town of Eymet and just 20 minutes drive from the bustling market town and airport of Bergerac. The surroundings offer a fantastic balance both for those wanting to escape and unwind for a few days or for those looking to cram their schedule full of history, culture and activities.
Other facilities on site include; Heated, shared outdoor swimming pool with large sun terraces and shady areas; large lawn surround the property and are suitable for a variety of ball games, an 18 seat cinema, games room with tennis tables and darts, quiet parkland leading to a woodland walk.
