Jul och nyår med familjen

Rymligt och ljust och med ett väldigt bra läge nära strand och affärer. Bra med inhägnad trädgård för oss som hade med våra små hundar. Fin strandpromenad o park i närområdet. Lite längre väg - ca 3 km till ett flertal bra restauranger. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående hyresvärd.

Incredible value for money

Excellent - can recommend

My husband and I spent a month here October-November. Maria, the owner, is simply excellent, always on call to deal with any problems - the hot water boiler broke down late one night and she arranged for a new boiler to be installed the next day with no fuss at all. The flat is very clean and well furnished, equipped with everything you need, including fast and free wifi and all the BBC/ITV channels on the television, plus BBC News and CNN. The beach is about 300 metres away via an underpass, or you can take the car down there (although the access road is a bit rough). The shopping centre - Lidl, Supersol, cafes, banks, chemist, Chinese bazaar - is about the same distance, maybe a bit closer. A bit further away is a McDonalds, again within walking distance, and a bit further again is another shopping centre, with more cafes, a big Mercadona, and a British Supermarket (owned by Waitrose and Iceland) selling a really good selection of British goods like HP sauce, Heinz baked beans, Robinsons squash, British sausages, bacon, yogurts, bread, and much, much more. The Calahonda Royale complex is gated and very well maintained. As with most complexes like this, walls are rather thin, so you can hear doors slamming, furniture being moved etc, plus there were quite a few dogs in the area while we were there and these seemed to enjoy a yapping chorus every so often. The apartment has easy access, being close to the gate and on the ground floor, thus having the added bonus of a sunny garden out the back. We hired a car for the month (although the bus stop Malaga/Marbella is just about 200 metres away), and at this time of year were able to park on the street. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here and I would heartily recommend to anyone considering it.

vacaciones

Fueron unas vaciones increibles, Maria fue super atenta conmigo y mi famila ! Estuvo en todo lo que podria hacernos falta nos esplico sitios preciosos donde ir. La casa me encanto cerca de la playa, la limpieza era impoluta!! Y una comodidad , nosotros estamos deseando volver por la zona y poder quedarnos otra vez. !!!!!!

Ha sido verdaderamente un placer teneros como inquilinos, desde el momento en que efectuasteis la reserva hasta el momento en que os fuisteis todo con vosotros ha resultado fácil y agradable. Gracias también por el estado de orden y limpieza en el que dejasteis el piso, aún viniendo con un perrito, a vuestra salida parecía que nadie había ocupado el piso durante vuestra estancia. Merci pour vos commentaires, je crois que comme l'annonce a été écrit originalement en espagnol il peut être un erreur de traduction. Par contre dans les photos que j'ai mis il se voit que l'appartement n'est pas au bord de la mère. Mais il est très proche de la mère à environs 300 mètres je dirai. Dans tous cas, merci encore pour préciser cela, car je voit qu'il faut peut-être changer l'intitulé. Maria

"maria est très gentille et disponible (elle est toute à côté si besoin était) elle est même venue nous récupérer le soir de notre arrivée vers minuit car nous étions perdus(et pourtant les indications étaient correctes mais la nuit...) non vraiment rien à reprocher cette location est à recommander c''est spacieux et proche de tous commerces , vous apercevrez la mer du jardin; le restaurant de la plage je en peux pas dire nous n''étions pas encore en saison début mars rien n''est ouvert mais c''est l''époque idéal pour rayonner aux alentours; merci encore pour leur gentillesse"
