Great location and space, but...

The location and floor plan of this property was perfect for our family! Good amount of kitchen utensils, cook ware, and dish ware. The condo was not clean on arrival. We spent the first morning of our vacation cleaning. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms need replaced. The toilet in the master bath ran constantly and got to be quite a pain turning the water off and on after flushing. (Maintenance was called and came promptly the first time. We texted the issue 2 more times, but no one ever came.) There is great potential for this unit..just needs to be updated a bit! Lesson learned...we will stick with Premier Hosts for future rentals.

Bella Riva #107

Really enjoy the property at Bella Riva. Condo unit #107 was furnished comfortably and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Upon arrival, however, did notice that the door wall could not lock as well as both screens were damaged at the bottom thus never closed them. Did not impede our enjoyment of the facility though. Great stay, would recommend and do it again myself.

Loved the property and location. Beautifully done. Very clean. Excellent beach and beach service. Only bad thing was no wifi. Had to go buy our own wireless router in order to access internet and use phones because of bad reception.
