The large Kitchen/Dining Room can seat up to 8 people, and along with the separate first floor Sitting Room, both provide generous entertaining spaces. The small walled city garden is a secluded sunny spot for a restful afternoon or early evening cocktails.

You and your guests would have use of the whole property, which is located just a 10 minutes walk from Bath Spa Railway Station or there are taxis outside the station, if you prefer. Charlotte Street Long Stay Carpark is just behind the house with payable parking at approx £16.50/24h

Everything is within easy walking distance from the house, so no taxi home after a night out is required. Buses, trains and taxis are easily accessible for trips further afield.
