Great apartment and location. It’s very close to Pink Street so bar noise was loud but windows close tightly to block it out. Close walk to River, restaurants, tram and train.

Terrific location in the heart Cais Do Sordre with easy access to trains, Metro, trolleys and buses. Open and airy. Along a busy thoroughfare but the windows and interior shutters very effectively block out the street noise at night.

Lisbon vacation

Fantastic location

This beautiful apartment was located right in the heart of historic Lisbon. A short (downhill) walk provided access to many of the must-see tourist sites.

Great apartment

Wonderful apartment. Great location and accommodations. Great bakery at bottom of the hill and left 20 meters. Can catch tuk tuk or hop on bus at end of that block. Patricia was very helpful. Day trip to Sintra not to be missed.

Excellent stay in the heart of Lisbon.

Excellent spacious apartment in the heart of Lisbon’s lively region. Noisy at night due to the location. The apartment would benefit from Rowling rails but all in all that is nit-picking as it’s a fantastic place to stay.

Middle of it all!

Great place to explore Lisbon. We had a car, and appreciated the designated spot, though we didn’t use it while we were there since we went everywhere on foot. The place is as described. Lovely comfortable bedroom and large living area.

A great location

We enjoyed our stay. Secure and safe. All the bars, bakeries, restaurants, and groceries are near. Well appointed, and had everything we needed. The owner provided an instruction manual for all the appliances and air/heat, which was very helpful. The second Bathroom is very small. Other than that, a really good stay.

This property was beautiful. Can not think of a better location!

The property was spacious and immaculate. The famous Pink Street is viewable from the bedroom windows. The host was very helpful and accessible when I needed information and even offered suggestions. She even left a welcome basket which was such a nice gesture. I would definitely suggest this property to anyone going to Lisbon, especially to young adults as there are lots of night life in the surrounding area.

Fantastic stay in a Spacious, Modern Apartment in Central Lisbon!

We had an amazing stay in this huge, modern apartment in Lisbon! The two spacious bedrooms had plenty of closet space, and the blackout windows were perfect for us, especially coming from Canada for sleeping in. The apartment is bright and filled with sunlight, and the great central location made it easy to explore the city. The kitchen was fantastic, and we even used the washer to do some laundry. The big dining table was great for our family breakfasts. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. All in all, Thank you Patricia for this fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back!

Great Location

This property is very clean, in a great location, close to everything, including train station and time out market. Only possible downside is it is right by Pink Street so can get noisy at night - however closing the windows really cuts down on any noise. We stayed there for a week AFTER the review below about bed bugs, did not have any issues whatsoever. We did have problems figuring out the dryer - so ended up having to hang all our clothes. Would highly recommend.

September 2025We were two retired couples beginning a two week vacation in Portugal.The location of this property was outstanding! The check-in and out process flawless. There were no instructions provided to use appliances or access the TV. It was minimally stocked with necessities for a five day stay. The most disturbing however was the lack of privacy. There was a sliding, frosted glass door for one of the bathrooms that could not be closed. The property manager was contacted and she sent a team to fix it. The team reported there was nothing wrong with the door we just needed to pull it harder. The door was never functional for the entire 5 days we were there. The sliding wooden doors to close off the main bedroom/bathroom also did not work so there were no means by which to have privacy.One morning the fire alarm was triggered by the toaster. When I reached out to the property manager to find out how to disarm it I was asked to contact her team member directly. I could not reach this person so asked the property manager to contact her own team member. I was told she was too busy because she had 50 properties to manage. We cannot recommend this property with the current repairs required and the property manager’s poor support.Debbie

Convenient Old Town Lisbon Location

Great property location convenient to Cais do Sodre train station and Chiado neighborhood. Comfortable and spacious, except for the second bathroom by the kitchen is very small and we had issues with the door latch on it. Reported to host and hopefully it will be fixed for future guests. Great storage in closets to put away your stuff on longer stays. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were two couples travelling together and appreciated having two bedrooms with King-sized beds. Washer/Dryer was also a plus. Very secure building and well-insulated. The noise from nearby bars was minimal. I'd stay here again.

Awesome location with a few quirks

The apartment was clean, and located in the heart of the Cais do Sodre neighborhood, an easy walk to Pink Street. The quirks included a bathroom door that would not stay closed, none of the funky artwork shown in the advertisement was present, the master bath spigot was loose, and thus the basin stopper would not open, master bath overhead light fixture would not illuminate, a headboard was missing from one of the bedrooms, and the building entrance door was VERY difficult to open. Despite these annoyances, it was an enjoyable stay!

Horrible experience

Found a beg bug in the bed on our first morning whilst still in bed. The guest who stayed in that rooms is covered in 40+ bites!! (I have photos but not able to upload on here) Apartment is located right next to the nightlife area. The bedrooms over look the back end of Pink Street so unable to sleep due to sheer amount of noise that goes until 6am. Wouldn’t recommend based on noise and the uncleanliness of bedroom

Great apartment, best location in Lisbon

Upon arrival the appearance of the neighborhood may turn you off until you realize that all of lisbon is undergoing renewal. When we first got there my wife didn't feel safe but by the second day she was totally comfortable going out any time day or night. Always lots of people around . By the 2nd day you'll be so glad you stayed here. One block from pink street and 2 blocks from metro, trains and tram. Bus stop out the door. Walk to all the neighborhoods in old Lisbon from here. Large supermarket 2 blocks away. 1 block from waterfront and 2 blocks from Time Out Market. You really couldn't ask for a better location. Apartment is large and nicely redone. The neighborhood can be noisy at night as there are a couple of clubs within a block but the apartment has very good windows and new shutters that totally block the noise. When I return to lisbon I'll definitely try to stay here again. Thank you Patricia.

Place was not ready an hour after check in and Patricia was not effective communicator

Place is nice once it's clean, but the maids were still there when we arrived and had another hour to spend cleaning. After a long, hot day of travel, not the best welcome. Then the AC was not working properly, an error code was showing for much of the time, but when Patricia finally had things checked out, we were patronizingly told that due to the heat, the AC could not keep up. She specifically said "There have been 42 degrees outside, is normal that AC doesn’t leave the temperature in 19 degrees. It’s producing air with 19 degrees but facing a very hot air temperature it’s normal…This is a AC not a fridge…In all apartments of all countries the situation is the same when you have these temperatures…" Right. We don't know the difference between an AC and a fridge - THAT was the problem. Also, we have a similar Daikin system in our home in VERY HOT TEXAS and it keeps up just fine. We also had NO issues keeping the ac on 16 celcius in the 2 other rentals we stayed in both in Madrid and Porto. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Nos ha encantado! La decoración es perfecta, la cama fue nuestra favorita porque las almohadas, el colchón todo era perfecto para descansar después de un dia paseando con una bebe de 7 meses o para quedar unas horas más relajando! El garaje justo delante de la casa es perfecto.Todo los detalles muy cuidados. Con calefacción y aire acondicionado! Cocina equipada con todos los utensilios. La tele y las luces son brutales ! Volveremos pronto y por mucho más tiempo! Obrigada Patricia y Equipo LX Flat!

Grand appartement à proximité de tout. 10-15 minutes de marche de toutes activités restaurants bars boutiques et marché ! Patricia réponds rapidement aux questions et très facile d’accès. Lot super confortable et une porte dans le couloir permet l’intimité des deux chambres équipées de lits ultra confortables. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitations.

Excellent location/Excellent Apartment

We loved our stay in this apartment right above Pink Street. It's in the middle of the city, almost everything is a 10 to 15 min walk from the front door. Restaurants, bars, shopping, sightseeing all within range. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Patricia was super helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours on both sides of our stay, as our flights arrived early birthday n the AM in Lisbon and departed later in the evening. The apartment is one flight up, a wide stair case easy to navigate. Also has an elevator if you have heavy luggage. The door locks are super secure and we felt safe. Beds are comfy, closet space is ample and the kitchen is GREAT! All in all, excellent stay. Will definitely visit again! Thank you Patricia!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

Two couples stayed a week. The location was perfect for walking to many tourist attractions and a variety of local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great location, very comfortable.

Bathroom and hall way doors need to be fixed. It is likely that North American renters may have difficulty with some of the appliances like the dual washer/dryer. Instructions would be useful.
