Finding the property was easy. Great online description of the amenities. Location was fabulous, close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. Nice space fur family games in the evening. The weather was great. Could not have a had a better experience!!!

Everything was good. The only negative was the property’s location on the listing. Vrbo listed it as in Port Aransas. Had I taken more time to do the research and read more reviews, I would have noticed it was in Corpus Cristi.

Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience, location cannot be beat!Some major downsides, access to the in-room washer and dryer was locked out with no guest access. The balcony sliding glass doors did not lock. The neighbors smoking marijuana traveled into the HVAC leaving our room smelling like dope. The fire alarm for the unit went off several times, the front office shrugged us off saying it was someone in the shower, maintenance was called and showed up almost two hours later, also triggered when we were checking out reason we were told the door was left open too long as we loaded luggage into the car.

My only suggestions for improvement are more shower towels because 1 towel/person is not enough when there isn't a washer or dryer in the room, and a dust pan with a broom would have been nice, so we could very easily clean up the sand. I would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip.

Location is great

Furnishings are a little threadbare, there are holes in the walls and the towel rod in the master bathroom is about to fall off of the wall. Kitchen is updated but electric range made me glad we weren't planning on cooking. The location is wonderful, you can listen/watch the waves roll in from 2 of the balconies. Nice pool area. Walk through the pool area and down to the beach.

Not Cleaned

Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were gritty. We brushed it off as we already had sand on our shoes. Then we unpacked and noticed that there were skittles under a decorative table, there we’re nail clippings on the floor, a fishing line weight (of which we didn’t bring any fishing supplies), a pill, battery and popped popcorn underneath the master bed. The sheets in the master seemed to have some sort of remnants of a scab, which were felt upon entering the sheets. During this current time we live in, we expected a higher level of cleanliness for the condo, this condition was unacceptable. When I called the property manager, they were very quick with a response to send housekeeping. The house keepers shower up 10 mins later, they entered the room and were shocked that we were still here. I told them it was fine, I wanted to show them the areas of concern. The housekeepers were teenage girls, I was expecting a contracted company with uniforms. They seemed frazzled by the areas of concern, stating that this condo was cleaned by them and they had fully detailed. I can say, I was not impressed, this is the last time we want to stay at this condo. I appreciate the quick response of the property manager, the location of the property, as well as all the other amenities. Yet, my expectations fell very short by all the dirt and remnants that were not cleaned. I also documented pictures, that I would like to share, in regards to all of my findings.
