Börja dagen med en kopp kaffe och en trevlig promenad på sjön medan du njuter av en underbar soluppgång över Mexikanska golfen. Flera mat- och nöjesdestinationer är närbelägna och populära aktiviteter som strand och brygga fiske. surfa, ridning eller bara koppla av och njuta av lite sol är alla på fingertopparna. Den helt nya Schlitterbahn vattenparken är nu öppen och ligger bara 3 miles bort. Om du tar en båt uppskattar du den närbelägna tillgången till båtlanseringar och kanalsystem här på ön.
Detta vackra komplex erbjuder också en av de mest fridfulla poolinställningarna du hittar och poolen är uppvärmd för åretom njutning. När du är redo att göra livslånga familje minnen hittar du inte en bättre strandkomplex än El Constante.

INTERIÖR
Du kan sova 6 i denna lätta, andra våningen bi-nivå, strandutsikt, lägenhet som kommer med en king size-säng i sovrummet och en queen size-säng i gästrummet och en queen size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet . Båda sovrummen ligger på övervåningen och alla har eget badrum. Nedre våningen erbjuder öppet kök, matsal och vardagsrum, samt ett halvt bad.

Sängkläder för varje säng och badlakan för varje gäst finns. En vistelse på två nätter krävs. Avtalande gäster på Padre Escapes måste vara 25 år eller äldre. Gästen måste ha ett statligt körkort eller annat acceptabelt ID. Denna enhet är INTE husdjursvänlig.

Great Vacation

A good stay.

Everything was good. The only negative was the property’s location on the listing. Vrbo listed it as in Port Aransas. Had I taken more time to do the research and read more reviews, I would have noticed it was in Corpus Cristi.

Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience, location cannot be beat!Some major downsides, access to the in-room washer and dryer was locked out with no guest access. The balcony sliding glass doors did not lock. The neighbors smoking marijuana traveled into the HVAC leaving our room smelling like dope. The fire alarm for the unit went off several times, the front office shrugged us off saying it was someone in the shower, maintenance was called and showed up almost two hours later, also triggered when we were checking out reason we were told the door was left open too long as we loaded luggage into the car.

Walk to a beautiful beach

The LR furniture extrememely dirty but the condo overall was clean enough. The refrigerator took a long time to get cool. The stove needs to be replaced - crooked heating elements made it difficult to cook. The rental management was very helpful and friendly. Overall, my family and I had a great time!!

Great Beach Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was great for our 3 day stay. Right on the beach and plenty of room for a family of 4. My only suggestions for improvement are more shower towels because 1 towel/person is not enough when there isn't a washer or dryer in the room, and a dust pan with a broom would have been nice, so we could very easily clean up the sand. I would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip.

Location is great

Furnishings are a little threadbare, there are holes in the walls and the towel rod in the master bathroom is about to fall off of the wall. Kitchen is updated but electric range made me glad we weren't planning on cooking. The location is wonderful, you can listen/watch the waves roll in from 2 of the balconies. Nice pool area. Walk through the pool area and down to the beach.

Not Cleaned

Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were gritty. We brushed it off as we already had sand on our shoes. Then we unpacked and noticed that there were skittles under a decorative table, there we’re nail clippings on the floor, a fishing line weight (of which we didn’t bring any fishing supplies), a pill, battery and popped popcorn underneath the master bed. The sheets in the master seemed to have some sort of remnants of a scab, which were felt upon entering the sheets. During this current time we live in, we expected a higher level of cleanliness for the condo, this condition was unacceptable. When I called the property manager, they were very quick with a response to send housekeeping. The house keepers shower up 10 mins later, they entered the room and were shocked that we were still here. I told them it was fine, I wanted to show them the areas of concern. The housekeepers were teenage girls, I was expecting a contracted company with uniforms. They seemed frazzled by the areas of concern, stating that this condo was cleaned by them and they had fully detailed. I can say, I was not impressed, this is the last time we want to stay at this condo. I appreciate the quick response of the property manager, the location of the property, as well as all the other amenities. Yet, my expectations fell very short by all the dirt and remnants that were not cleaned. I also documented pictures, that I would like to share, in regards to all of my findings.

Property was great; beach was a disappointment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has rented a condo at El Constante for decades and have always had a wonderful experience. This year was different. The PROPERTY was just fine and the staff was great. It was the BEACH that was such a disappointment. Cars, cars, CARS! We pay the premium to stay at El Constante because of the wonderful access to the beach, but our beach time was a disappointment. If we go again it will be after Labor Day and not on a weekend.

Reviewer Comments: My husband decided to take me away for a few days we have always stayed at El constante and have enjoyed our stay it has always met our standards. since 2017 I was very disappointed to find appliance need to updating such as dishwasher and stove.couch armrest, wall of frigerator and wall had food. not to mention that the coffee grains were left in the coffee pot from previous vacationers. towel rack in bathroom broken.toilet dishes dirty. Very disappointing ☹️
