The downstairs area offers an open floorplan including the kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy home-cooked meals with full-sized appliances and enough seating for all with an 6-person table and 3 more spots at the bar area. There is a BBQ pit on the spacious downstairs patio with plenty of seating and games for the family.

Upstairs, you'll find 7 beds, rooms will have walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The guest master bedroom has a queen bed. The 'kids' room,' has four bunk beds and a smart TV. There is also a loft area with a queen bed.

Relaxing Back Patio: Unwind on the charming back patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. With comfortable seating, it's an ideal spot to relax or walk over to the Tiki bar if that is what you are into.
